A very nice little hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter, with a nice interior. Good quality breakfast where you can peak what you want to cook, and have it hot very quickly) the internet connection a little bit slow, but everything else is good and clean.

Nice hotel in city center. It is inside so difficult to find but it is quite and walking distance to main spots.

It's near the beer street and.major sightseeing attractions. The room is compact and it meets my requirements.

Such a beautiful place. Near of the lake, food and service. Hotel workers so kind and nice. They can speak english well.

Great location yet not noisy. car is not able to enter the small road facing the hotel. Wifi signal and water pressure are strong. Room is clean. Showerhead is wobbly, breakfast variety is limited

Breakfast was very average. Better to eat at the other places nearby. Otherwise it's an average place to stay at a very good location.

The hotel was good, it was not hard to find as much as other people were saying. A lot of stores a lot of restaurants and so close to a lot of touristic places. Hanoi was really beautiful.

Good location, its near to tourist spot. Staffs are excellent and the amenities. Food is nice also.

Location: need to walk a bit to go inside Staff: very helpful Cleanliness: ok During my stay there were some issues regarding the hotel management. But, it is ok. The staff are very polite and helpful. At reception is Ms. Autumn and Ms.Lee (Manager) have a good attitude and also the staff very morning at the breakfast section guy wearing glasses. Except the male receptionist at night and upon my check out time with asking to clarify straight forward assuming guests. For your information I am the owner of a hotel in Malaysia too. My property is near the KL Airport. I hope we as a Frontline may practice " Treat people how we want to be treated"

Beautiful little hotel situated in the centre of Hanoi, great experience with helpful staff.

Extended one more day stay moving from family size room to twin room . Service was good and responsive to the last minute change . Breakfast was fine though will be nice if some items on menu was changed daily or more choice

The staff was kind and helpful and mindful of what I wanted and needed. I would stay there again.

This hotel is right in the heart of the old Town in A noi. Every thing are very convenient. You can eat everywhere. Many shops for massage. Many travel agency for booking the trip and changing money. The room waa not large and the window was no view to see.
