Ulasan Hanoi la Storia Hotel

Booked it for day use before we catch the night train to Sapa. Rather convenient and other things were within 15mins walking distance. However, I was mislead to think that they had free airport transfer. It should be clearer in the instructions if its paid.

Good location in the old quarter, good hotel services and loved the breakfast!

Room was dirty

Good location. Breakfast is alright. Rooms and toilet are clean.

The room is a bit small, but the hygiene is OK. The service staff are quite enthusiastic, but the procedures are a bit complicated. It is recommended to change the breakfast to a self-service one to avoid guests being unfamiliar with it and wasting too much free food.

It's in a relatively convenient location in the old town, but a little away from the hustle and bustle. It feels more like a guest house than a hotel. Is the staff part-time? Is it different every time? The Wi-Fi wasn't working, so when I asked about it, they said they would fix it after they had dinner, but in the end I couldn't use it until the end. The refrigerator does not get cold at all, and although it is explained that it is for the minibar and not for storing food and drinks, the water inside is looser than the water in the room and not cold at all lol. It was relatively new and clean and well-cleaned, but the shower volume, water pressure, and drainage drain were poor. You can see a beautiful sunset from your room window.

The hotels are clean. The linen is clean. The rooms are very small in size. The water in the shower didn't drain well. The breakfast is delicious, the menu is the same every day.
