The hotel location is good and convenient with food and restaurants available within walking distance . Front desk service from Mr Binh was good unfortunately Ms Giang service and attitude toward customers are really bad. She is impolite and not so tactful in handing customer situations . Poor customer service in our view .

Nice hotel in Hanoi. Good price. Very spacious rooms.

Overall is quite good. Room is big enough for 2 adult 2 children when compared to the price ☺️ But TV is very old, cannot watch. Also aircondition may be locked to Heat mode cannot switch to cool mode , has only heat and fan mode. Breakfast is not too many, but it is ok. They provide the basic menu.

Service was great. However, the room lacked basic amenities such as hangers.

The soundproofing wasn't great, but everything else was fine.

The hotel is good. Location is also good. However, I can hear noise from nearby rooms.

Breakfast starts at 6:30 and includes rice noodles, pasta, sausages, fried eggs, fruit, etc. The fried eggs are usually served quickly, which is a plus. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around. The downside is that there was hair on the sheets, which made it seem less hygienic.

I was a little worried when I ordered online, but when I arrived at the store, it was basically the same as described in the pictures, except that the environment was a little old and the alley leading to the hotel was very narrow. The price-performance ratio was good during the holiday, and breakfast was included

I felt very nice when I first checked in. The room was unexpectedly huge, the bed was quite comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. Except for the dim shower room and slow drainage, there were no obvious defects. The problem occurred on the third morning when I woke up and the water was cut off. I called the front desk and they said the mechanic would come to fix it right away. However, I waited for 10 minutes and there was no water. I went downstairs to ask, but the front desk was surrounded by a large group of Indian guests. I explained to them very clearly that if the water didn't come, could they give me extra bottled water? I just wanted to brush my teeth and wash my face. However, it was very difficult for the other party to understand. I had to use translation software to understand that such a basic and important problem as water could not be solved efficiently. It was really unsatisfactory.
