Had a good stay here. Great location very accessible to a lot of things. Very sweet staff and helpful with figuring out taxis and or tours.

It’s at the perfect location. The stuff is nice and I extended my stay as everything is convenient from there. There are different restaurants and everything is just close.

There is spiderweb at one corner. The pictures on the wall look old and creepy. The shower facility is awesome. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is simple, straightforward.

Very good location, this hotel can walk from train station only 750 m, they have motorbike service also

Everything was adequate. Happy with the room and good service. No real complaints except the breakfast says it comes with eggs, bacon and sausage. The plate just had eggs on it but was nice.

Value for money on the room. Breakfast can be enhanced with more varieties though

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ngoc Anh ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ngoc Anh for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The staff was very pleasant and tried hard to please. My rooms were very clean and the price was ok The building is very old (not in a good way)

호안끼엠 호수가까움 방은 작으나 가성비 괜찮음 조식은 먹을수없는 수준임 청소는매일 청소해주고 세면도구는 반드시 가지고 가야됩니다 에어컨은 시원하게 잘 나옴 인근에 카페와 현지 식당이많아서 먹거리는 걱정 안. 와도됨 왜 평점이 후한지는 알수 없수나 1만원정도 더주고 좋은곳으로 가는것을 추천함

房間比較寬敞，周邊遊玩交通十分方便，設施一般。我們入住遇到樓上衞生間裝修導致漏水現象，維修稍不夠及時。但是酒店服務十分周到。也做了一些補償。總體來説還是不錯的便利的酒店
