This hotel is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it. Everyone there was so helpful. My was so kind and informative with local guides. The room was so clean. The breakfast was great. I can't wait to come back Hanoi and stay here again.

They are very accommodating. They always help with carrying the luggage which helped us a lot. The clerk at the tourism desk was very helpful in telling us where the market is. Specially, the cheap ones with good quality for the souvenirs. I recommend you go to this hotel.
