"New hotel, so it is clean. However, it is cheap, so you get what you paid for. I chose a room with a “balcony” but beware that it has zero view and extremely tiny, so, useless. I found the pillows not fluffy, so it was a bit uncomfortable. People at the reception were nice."

"I stayed in this hotel last weekend , and I asked for a morning call on Monday early morning since I need to catch up on my flight to China.
On Sunday morning around 6 am, someone outside my door knocking at my door heavily and ringing the door bell, I was shocked and scared, I wanted to pretend no one is in the room so I didn’t answer right away. And that guy outside my door knocking my door heavily again and rang the bell, I was so scared so I didn’t open the door , I just ask who that is outside the door? And that was a “wake up call services” … I asked them to give me a morning call on Monday morning, and I didn’t realize that would a morning knocking door !
That was the worst part of the stay. I was alone in their hotel, even though it was a mistake , at that moment, I feel scared and unsafe.
Beside that morning call drama, the pillow the bed and the shower gel were all good !
Not super far from the church, so it’s quiet ! And there is a croissant shop downstairs is a plus !"

We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in.
Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression."

"Recommend this hotel! Great clean, large rooms and staff are lovely. Pool is VERY refreshing and breakfast is very varied and delicious.
On another note - I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the travel service this hotel provides. I have never received such wonderful, prompt communication and we did a 10 day trip (many different excursions) at a very competitive price. Even when there was a hiccup with dates, he staff work tirelessly to rectify - even at 10pm!!! Highly recommend this stay - yes, some night can be slightly noisy but earplugs are provided and we slept soundly. We knew we wanted to stay central and knew the risks of that!"

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this place. The location couldn’t be more convenient – it’s right in the city center, making it super easy to get around and explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and cafes. There’s also a large shopping mall nearby, which made shopping, dining, and even just walking around incredibly convenient.
The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed – washing machine, kitchen, air conditioning, refrigerator, etc. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was quiet, secure, and comfortable, perfect for both business trips and vacations.
One of the biggest highlights was the host – extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. From the moment I made the booking to check-in, the host made sure everything was smooth and easy. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I felt truly welcomed.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located place with a lovely host, this is definitely the perfect choice. I’ll definitely come back again next time!"

"Stayed for three nights, great location right at the edge of the old town. Alot of major attractions are in walkable distance.
Super friendly and helpful staff, can't praise them enough. You can book tours to other destinantions (Halong Bay / Ninh Binh) through the hotel, the bus will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel. The hotel can also arrange Taxis from/to the airport for a fair price.
The room itself was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and bouncy pillows. Lots of amenities included.
Loved the breakfast options, a wide variety of different cold and warm dishes and fresh fruits, you can also order Omlettes and really tasty Pho.
Reall enjoyed my stay, mostly thanks to the amazing staff who care about details and are so helpful. Would have loved to stay longer, will definetly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

"Modern, simple and clean hotel. Small room, but enough for one person. The shower feels like a camping shower - wet room style little space to move.
The aircon position is awkward as it blows directly onto the bed and in your face as you sleep - I advise covering the vent with a hand towel to disperse the airflow and prevent waking up with a raw throat and sore eyes. Aircon and cooling was the biggest issue - because without it the room would rise to 30deg+ and with it, you'd be feeling the dry air.
The large windows are great, and I like the electric blinds that make a nearly blackout room.
The lights are horrible and harsh, not relaxing at all.
Fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't advise more than that - for the price its very simple and there are better alternatives."

The shower was nice with hot water.
Breakfast was also healthy with many vegetables and fruits.

AAngie WestAll of the staff at checkin were very friendly & helpful in making sure check in was a smooth process, after providing copy of reservation & passports to confirm booking a welcome drink was provided. Ms Kate was super efficient & friendly & escorted us to the room to show us all the amenities & gadgets.
Bell boys carried our bags into & out of the hotel. There had been a water outage impacting the city earlier but we were ok in the hotel & didn’t experience any impact from it. We stayed in room 601, it was massive with a king bed & leather 2 seater lounge, a small (standing only) balcony & seperate bathroom which had a bath, shower x 2 options & toilet, the water strength was good. No English language channels on the TV but does have Netflix etc. As non smokers we did experience an issue with the main AC unit with the smell of cigarettes notable when turned on. There is a second smaller unit which managed well to keep room cool & we didn’t end up using it again. We advised reception & maintenance promptly came & cleaned the filters. Turned out last guests had been smoking in the room. We stuffed up the safe combination & a quick call to reception & someone was up in no time to fix it. On level 6 street noise was not an issue. Drinks in the fridge were not cold, but switching the plug into another power point proved a winner & drinks were cold. We let reception know. Small issues in the scheme of things. Rooms go to level 10 & then stairs to level 11 & 12 where the gym, pool, restaurant & rooftop bar are located. Staff are very friendly throughout the hotel. Our room was cleaned & replenished daily. We had a couple of drinks in the rooftop bar, the views are great & beers were cold& service was good. Breakfast is on level 12 & has a wide array of western & Asian food options & plenty of seating, staff are very friendly & they clean up tables promptly. The food was fresh & plentiful with lots of hot & cold options. There is a plunge pool & has 4 pool loungers & a further lounge area upstairs. It’s not a large space but given the hotels location in the old quarter, it’s lucky to have a pool. Had Swedish massages in the on site day spa, which is located in the basement, amenities are clean & staff on point with their massage techniques.
Settling of our account & check out by Mr Rachel was prompt & a small gift provided to us. Overall, we enjoyed our time in this hotel, highlights are very efficient & friendly service throughout, room size, proximity to tourist areas & hotel amenities.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the old quarter. The on duty manager was friendly & keen to know about our experience. The hotel has only been open 4 months, but you couldn’t tell, the kindness of staff is what makes this hotel standout, it’s definitely worth staying at.

BBodoGood choice for an airport stopover - walkable (just about!) from the airport :-) Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The showers were not so great - difficult to get the right temperature and not great water pressure, but adequate. We booked twin rooms but ended up with one family room and one double - not a problem because the doubles are huge! Decent value for the price.

DDawei 007What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.

GGuest UserReception were very friendly and helped to book my taxis (cheaper than getting a Grab taxi). The room itself was very clean and housekeeping were attentive and cleared out bins etc everyday.
The location is also very good - near old town area and great to visit by going around the lake.

GGuest UserI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
