Hotel dengan WiFi di Hanover

We stayed here one night to catch a flight early the next morning. The hotel appears newer or recently renovated. Our room was comfortable, clean, and our bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large enough with good towels. We arrived later in the evening and the front desk gave us menus from local restaurants that would deliver late night. The shuttle drivers (evening and early AM) were excellent. Both were personable and attentive to helping us with our luggage. Wonderful gentlemen. If we were in the area again, we would stay here. The only con I would share is the breakfast states they open at 6:30. However, at that time most of the food isn't out yet. The warm items (eggs etc) started to arrive about 1/2 hour later.

Nice hotel stay with mom. Went to a local steakhouse very close to the hotel with good food. Nice that they had breakfast and late check out.

The hotel itself was great, the staff was a bit noisy early in the morning before check out time doing the cleaning.. tip for the bookers do not stay in rooms near the hotel laundry room noisemakers area from staff. I still would stay there again.

Our all-suite hotel is across the highway from Arundel Mills outlet shops and the Live! Casino, and BWI Airport is eight minutes from us. Greet the day with free hot breakfast, and join us for our complimentary evening social. Our indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center have free time covered. Host events with over 3,400 sq. ft. of sunlit meeting space.

The bed was awesome, room not so much. Middle of the night the ceiling started dripping water all over our bags. Informed Front desk upon check out, she seemed to dismiss it,. When making reservations asked if they were dog friendly said yes but then there was a $50 up charge. Free breakfast was great . When making reservations I was asked if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program and I would receive bonus points. After listening to a failrly high pressure sales pitch similar to time share pitch I was spoken to condescendingly and transferred to receive my reward. After 5 seconds of waiting they hung up on me

The General Manager was more than accommodating, kind, and warm during our stay. After locking myself out of the hotel room, she walked me to the room and unlocked it without hesitation. She then encouraged me to contact the front desk in the event that I was in need of anything. Additionally, the restaurant was an amazing experience. The staff were inviting and personable, not to mention the taste and quality of the food.

Great place and close to airport

It was lovely! The front desk manager, Mervat, was wonderful and helpful.
