Ulasan Baibo Hotel (Harbin Central Street Branch)

We were staying at the Baibo Hotel for 2 weeks in July 2024 and really enjoyed it. City center location, Metro station - within a small distance walk, splendid authentic interior. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. there are all necessary facilities in the room like: toothpaste, combs, slippers and dressing gowns! Fresh pure drinking bottled water every day, available laundry with washing liquid and ironing and small but extremely cosy gym! Moreover, we stayed together with our 3 small children as a whole family, and the staff did their best to make our stay even more comfortable, helped our kids, poured them out tea or juice or whatever. Besides, breakfast deserves the highest score: it really comprises best culinary traditions of Asia. Various dim sums, salads, vegetables and fruit, as the main course - hot rice, noodles, steamed vegetables and traditional meat. A special warm thanks to Sister Hua who helped us at the reception and best wishes to the whole team.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was so kind. The service was exceptional and I will recommend to my friends.

Excellent location, the management is really kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and heating system keeps the room very warm specially now in winter, the view is very nice and the hotel is near the principal attractions.

Good service value for money.

I feel like the rating of the hotel is much higher than what it should be. We experienced a very dismissive service when talking to senior staff. It seems as if many staff are undertrained and not ready to deal with customers grievances. We had dirty sheets, broken shower, poorly kept furniture. All rooms were smoking rooms which smelled, I’d rather order in than eat the breakfast. If you are only looking for a place to sleep then it’s okay to stay there but if you want to relax and enjoy your stay I wouldn’t recommend.

Sadly a disappointing stay at Broad Hotel. There was significant mould in the room and amenities. Though front desk were able to move us after the first night. Regrettably a lot of bugs in the room(s) and, as other reviewers noted, a smell of smoke (though expected in China where there is no smoking ban). A good location however, sadly the quality of the hotel let it down. Very limited vegetarian choices at breakfast too.

Extreme nice location and service is awesome

The hotel staff was helpful, that's where the good things about this place ends. The rooms are smelly and dirty. The toilet clogged twice, the breakfast was terrible and it seems that toilet paper must be pretty expensive in Harbin, because room service puts used half empty toilet paper rolls in the bathroom after cleaning. The lobby toilets are so dirty that they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I would not recommend this place at all.
