What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven. This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow. The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great). We will return to this hotel as soon as we can. Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

Extremely satisfied! This hotel was recommended by a friend, and I loved it. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the environment was very clean, making it easy to travel with kids. My child had such a great time, they didn't want to leave! They especially loved the outdoor hot spring. Service: Excellent Late-night snack: Very generous portions.

Booked a family room for our kids. The room came with toys and a little tent, which our children absolutely loved, and there was even an air purifier. When we checked in, the front desk thoughtfully gave us three cups of warm brown sugar ginger tea, which really warmed our hearts. The staff were also very welcoming. While we were playing in the hot springs, the staff would proactively bring new towels for the kids to wrap themselves in. Our children loved it so much they didn't want to leave. We'll definitely bring them back next time we have the chance!

The room was spacious and well-equipped. We received complimentary tickets for a couple's hot spring experience and a late-night snack from Shenye. The hot springs offered a great variety, each worth trying. The lobby service was also very thoughtful. Definitely worth a return visit!

The service was great! They upgraded my room, and the hot springs were lovely too. They even gave me a small gift when I left.

The hotel is very spacious overall. I booked a deluxe king room, and the front desk happily changed it to a deluxe twin room for me. The room itself is also very large and generally clean. Staying here with the family and using the hot tub made us all feel very relaxed. It's a great place for a family getaway. We just didn't have enough free time, otherwise, we would have stayed another night.

Stepping into the lobby, a wave of warmth and elegance instantly washes over you, creating a distinguished and cozy sanctuary, completely shutting out the icy world outside. But the surprises didn't stop there! The hotel thoughtfully included complimentary hot spring tickets, allowing us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor hot spring area, in particular, was exquisitely designed, featuring over twenty unique pools. As the warm spring water enveloped me, I could gaze up at the tranquil starry night and the gently falling snow of the northern winter. This ultimate 'ice and fire' experience was incredibly soothing and unforgettable. Even more memorable was the New Year's Eve celebration. The hotel meticulously arranged a spectacular fireworks display, offering the sincerest New Year's wishes to all its guests. This thoughtful gesture and sense of occasion made us feel incredibly warm and delighted. A special shout-out goes to the young lady at the front desk. Her radiant smile and professional, attentive service were like a ray of sunshine in the winter, perfectly embodying the warm hospitality of the Harbin people. She brought us genuine warmth amidst the snowy landscape. With its luxurious setting, abundant facilities, exciting activities, and impeccable service, the Harbin Maple Leaf Town Hot Spring Resort provided us with a truly satisfying and unforgettable New Year's trip. The stay was fantastic! There were so many different types of hot springs, and breakfast was delicious too. My only complaint is that hotel guests can only use the facilities until 11 PM. My kids thought we should have stayed longer!

The staff here are incredibly helpful! They even brought my luggage to my room, and I received a fruit platter and a welcome gift bag! This is the first time in all my hotel stays that someone has offered to bring my bags up. I absolutely love it – no matter where you are in the hotel, the staff are always super enthusiastic ❤️🔥

I was so disappointed in my stay at the maple leaf hotel. We were a group of 5 friends staying at the same hotel. When we arrived I had noticed that my room had no bar fridge, no snacks or any drinks in the room besides water. When I spoke to the front desk about it, she told me that there wasn’t any other room available with a fridge but I had to pay 500 rmb deposit for no bar, no snacks. Then, we wanted to order a drink at the hotel bar which closes at 9pm. At exactly 8:30pm I was told by the waiter I couldn’t order any cocktail or drink because they don’t have. She said I can order a beer but when I went inside to look, I saw various spirits and demanded a whiskey. She was very rude and eventually poured my drink. When I wanted to order another drink, with 10 minutes left before closing time, she refused and threw us out the bar! Then, we went for breakfast and I wanted juice from the machine. I noticed that it wasn’t working so I called a waiter to come and check. She tells me, the machine is broken and that there is no juice. I say it’s unacceptable for your breakfast not to serve any juice so I call over the manager. She then says, no it’s working and plugs in the machine as it was plugged out. To my surprise the staff had not known that they had to plug the machine in! This happened twice! Same story, the machine is broken and I had to show your staff where to plug the machine in for juice to come out. This was the absolute worst service from staff that I had ever experienced. Would not recommend!

We booked a standard king room, and the front desk kindly upgraded our room type. They even gave us a complimentary souvenir. The service was thoughtful, we stayed comfortably, and had a great time.

The room environment is great – spacious and very clean, perfect for traveling with kids.

Very good, excellent service. The hot springs in winter kept the kids entertained and happy.
