The hotel was clean and tidy, just as expected for a five-star hotel during Harbin's peak tourist season. Its excellent location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. This hotel truly excels in every aspect – I'd call it an all-rounder! Five stars for this hotel!

The hotel facilities are complete, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. What's most worth mentioning is the hotel's service; they always care about and prioritize guest satisfaction and experience, doing their best to meet guest needs. Highly recommended!

The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The butler arranged for us to stay in their newly launched family room, catering to our specific needs, and even granted us a late check-out. They were incredibly accommodating! This hotel is truly perfect for families with children. All the services met our expectations as well! Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel was spotless and exceptionally clean. This is by far the most satisfying 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is excellent, very convenient for transportation, and the hotel truly has a charming and dedicated butler service mindset. Everyone on staff served us guests with the utmost professionalism. I'm very satisfied, and if I have the chance next time, I will definitely choose this Sofitel Harbin again!

The hotel is clean and tidy. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Harbin for a business trip. Sofitel has always been a benchmark in the city. While their facilities might not be brand new, they have a charming, vintage feel. Combined with their excellent service, it truly showcases the unique qualities of a five-star hotel like Sofitel. The hotel was clean and tidy. Overall, this hotel is excellent, especially the butler service. They called us in advance to ask about our room preferences and even upgraded our room. The staff's service attitude is top-notch in the hotel industry. I really liked it and give it a five-star rating. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are absolutely fantastic. Every time I stay here, I have a different experience. This time, their butler called me a day in advance to arrange a room according to my preferences and even upgraded it for me. It was truly a heartwarming gesture! Sofitel has always been my benchmark hotel in Harbin, which is why I've chosen it multiple times. It's excellent, highly recommended!

The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. This is a five-star hotel with no weaknesses whatsoever. As a high-end luxury hotel under Accor, it truly embodies French elegance and romance. Everyone's service attitude was absolutely perfect; they were all very thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend it!

The hotel was spotless. The service here is truly one of the best I've ever experienced. The location is excellent, and every one of the four days I stayed, I had an even better experience than the last. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle service to take us to attractions in Harbin, which is incredibly thoughtful. I'm completely enchanted by everything at this Sofitel and will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean and tidy. This is my second time choosing this Sofitel, and my trust was well-placed; it definitely didn't disappoint. Even though everyone was busy during New Year's Day, there was no drop in service quality whatsoever. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a self-service laundry room, gym, and swimming pool. The staff's genuine service and attitude truly impressed me. Five-star rating for Sofitel!
