Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Harbin

The hotel is very palace style over 100 years old. The location is very convenient just off central Street. Breakfast is good but after having it for 4 days, seems a bit boring. The 100 year old lift and riding inside it is maybe once in a lifetime

Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

The Habsburg hotel in Harbin was an amazing experience from the time you arrive till the time you leave. The hotel has a European theme to it as soon as you walk in. The staff at the front desk are friendly always greeting you as you walk in and out. Most of the staff speak English and are accommodating to locals as well as foreigners. The room was immaculate and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the room was too hot and trying to adjust the temperature on the AC wasn’t working so we had to sleep with the windows opened the entire night. Other than that, on the first day of arrival they had complimentary snacks as well as vouchers to enjoy the full experience of a Russian high tea as well as a cocktail in the evening at the bar. This hotel met all the expectations and is an affordable hotel to stay at in Harbin. The location was perfect it was situated near the Songhua river cable car, Zhongyang street where you can enjoy local street food and near St Sophia cathedral. We also enjoyed lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the service was amazing the manager Jenny was welcoming, friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and served us well. Habsburg hotel is definitely a hotel I would recommend staying at when visiting Harbin.

Hotel ini terletak bersebelahan dengan Central Street, di Jalan Dongfeng. Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Pertama sekali, perkhidmatan hotel ini benar-benar sempurna dan sangat baik. Sama ada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, pelayan am atau pelayan pembersihan, mereka mempunyai daya inisiatif yang kuat, jadi sila bertanya khabar apabila anda bertemu. Kedua, walaupun di dalam bangunan lama, bilik-bilik di Universiti Chiao Tung Kebangsaan, hiasan dalaman adalah kemas dan bersih, dan tuala serta peralatan tempat tidur adalah baru dan bersih. Khususnya, ia dilengkapi dengan tandas siram dan mempunyai rasa kebersihan yang baik! Walaupun ruang legar tidak besar dan terdapat kereta penuh yang diletakkan di luar, terdapat meja dan kerusi di sepanjang jalan bertentangan dengan meja depan, di mana anda boleh duduk dan minum kopi, teh, dll. Rasanya seperti berada di Eropah. Malah, hotel ini menyediakan minum petang percuma. Terdapat juga banyak jenis teh dan makanan ringan, yang sangat hangat. Very friendly staff. Pool and Finnish Sauna have been very nice after the cold temperatures outside. Breakfast is great with western and chinese food. Rooms are ok but outdated. Had a river view room which was nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Clean hotel with a nice view looking over the River. Looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

The hotel is beautiful and new. The room was clean and spacious wish a beautiful view on the river. We stayed in Shangri-La in January. There was a nice selection of western food for breakfast.

很好的酒店！！主要是服務真的真的很好，前台小姐姐們大堂經理還有保潔阿姨們都特別特別好，睡前會有送熱牛奶，遇到問題也及時解決，還給我們送了一盒巧克力~住起來真的很舒心！外賣會給送到放門口！房間還有加濕器！而且吹風機風力很大！（住過很多酒店吹風機風力都小小的，這對女孩子來説真的很重要） 放心住吧！她們的服務非常可靠！表揚一下前台小姐姐小月~真的很負責！
