The Hotel is quite okay nice rooms, unfortunately a bit smelly siphon as often could happen in China, the staff is very kind but not english speaking fluently, paying with credit card is possible, because of the Corona situation a lot of things weren’t open but the time in the hotel was relaxed. The hotel is very close to the historic Main Street you can walk 10min and in the middle of Harbin Downtown live with bars malls shops restaurants etc.

入住了2晚臨江家庭房和1晚套房，3天3間房總計消費1w出頭，客觀評價：1、酒店位置非常好，距離防洪紀念塔約50m左右，旅遊淡季住着無論去中央大街還是索菲亞教堂都很合適。但是旺季真心建議不要住！首先旺季的中央大街人山人海，酒店附近早10點到晚10點基本處於打車出不去也進不來的情況，我們一家如果白天有行程且晚上有安排的情況，基本空隙期間不敢回酒店，怕打車叫不到車；其次爾濱的熱門旅遊景點除了索菲亞教堂等基本都不在中央大街附近，出行打車的話實際上並不方便。2、酒店在攜程對標五星，實際上並不是五星，泡酒店並沒有什麼樂趣。酒店禮賓部不是24小時上班，趕上禮賓休息，無論你有多少件行李衹能自己搬運，並且房間衞生一言難盡。機器人送外賣比較及時，這個要誇一下。3、酒店很神奇的是無論是家庭房還是套房都不含小朋友（10歲）的早餐，這點是我住了國內大大小小無數酒店沒見識過的。總體來説，衹玩中央大街景點並且預算充足的可以考慮，其他的花1/4的價格住稍遠點的五星他不香嗎

Hotel ini adalah hotel paling jimat yang saya tinggalkan sejak beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini. Ia benar-benar mudah untuk keluar dan tinggal di sini. Terima kasih banyak atas semangat dan perhatian Mingxu. Xu sangat berhati-hati untuk membantu saya memilih hotel dan memanggil kereta untuk saya. Di samping itu, kemudahan bilik tetamu juga sangat baik, terang, luas, dan hiasan adalah novel, ***a Eropah, dan nisbah prestasi harga keseluruhan adalah baik. Ia hanya dua atau tiga minit berjalan kaki ke Central Street. Terdapat banyak makanan ringan berdekatan dan pengangkutannya sangat mudah. Ia adalah kira-kira 30 minit memandu dari lapangan terbang. Hotel ini terletak bersebelahan dengan Central Street, di Jalan Dongfeng. Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Pertama sekali, perkhidmatan hotel ini benar-benar sempurna dan sangat baik. Sama ada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, pelayan am atau pelayan pembersihan, mereka mempunyai daya inisiatif yang kuat, jadi sila bertanya khabar apabila anda bertemu. Kedua, walaupun di dalam bangunan lama, bilik-bilik di Universiti Chiao Tung Kebangsaan, hiasan dalaman adalah kemas dan bersih, dan tuala serta peralatan tempat tidur adalah baru dan bersih. Khususnya, ia dilengkapi dengan tandas siram dan mempunyai rasa kebersihan yang baik! Walaupun ruang legar tidak besar dan terdapat kereta penuh yang diletakkan di luar, terdapat meja dan kerusi di sepanjang jalan bertentangan dengan meja depan, di mana anda boleh duduk dan minum kopi, teh, dll. Rasanya seperti berada di Eropah. Malah, hotel ini menyediakan minum petang percuma. Terdapat juga banyak jenis teh dan makanan ringan, yang sangat hangat. Akhirnya, saya mesti mengatakan bahawa hotel ini sangat tenang dan mempunyai rasa khusus. Jika anda dalam perjalanan perniagaan, bercakap dengan rakan-rakan adalah bagus. Saya adalah astaka mewah tempat ayah saya membawa seorang gadis keluar untuk tinggal. Pertama sekali, wanita di lounge eksekutif sangat bersemangat. Dia juga membantu gadis saya mengikat rambutnya dan menyelesaikan masalahnya. Saya amat bersyukur kerana tidak mengingati namanya. Terdapat pelbagai jenis bufet di tingkat satu! Tetapi masalahnya sangat menonjol: 1. Bilik terlalu kecil, dan kebersihan tidak boleh diubah sama sekali. 2. Kalis bunyi tidak bagus. Ia jelas pada telefon pada waktu pagi di sebelah sanitasi. 3. Jika mandi hilang, lama dan tidak bergigi, jangan tukar, mandi sangat tidak selesa, dan kepala pancuran masih tetap. 4. Tidak ada persegi kecil di dalam singki, dan tuala mandi tidak mencukupi. Pelayan berkata bahawa pembasmian kuman tidak tersedia. 5. Dobi dikatakan dihantar ke Shangri-La, Jiangbei, kedai ini tidak boleh mencucinya, dan ia mengambil masa lebih daripada 20 jam. 6. Katilnya kecil dan bantal tidak mencukupi. Hanya ada dua dan saya perlu meminta satu lagi. 7. Walaupun bilik-bilik itu semuanya lama, sofa itu sangat kotor dan saya tidak berani duduk di atasnya. 8. Saya telah menginap di banyak hotel Shangri-La di seluruh negara dan luar negara. Tidak ada pengalaman yang lebih buruk daripada ini, dan ini juga dipanggil Horizon Club? Ia sebenarnya berharga lebih daripada 1,000! Di manakah keberanian dan kekuatan? Lain kali, saya lebih suka tinggal di Atour di sebelahnya daripada ini!

早餐送上門→→其實是10元標準 精緻下午茶→→其實質量不好，酥餅都是軟了 伴手禮→→也衹是一些漱口水 宮廷服飾→→就是在大堂衣架上掛着，估計也沒人穿 所謂的管家服務→→就是加了個微信，有問題也沒回復，實際上沒有一點作用，不如打電話來的快。 一切來説都是“徒有其表”。 打車到酒店，發現沒有門店，是在寫字樓裏面的酒店，要坐電梯到5樓才到大堂。 其次酒店描述不符，房間沒有辣麼大。美其名曰的送進房間的早餐，特別簡陋。估計就是10元標準，按兩個人吃的量根本不夠，更別説好了。 贈送的下午茶也是質量差，很多茶點都氧化了。真的很一般。 整體給人的感覺就是很花哨，沒有內涵，實話實説遠不如連鎖酒店住的省心。 衞生間玻璃門還是全透的，在床上都能看到。 空調製熱也一般。附送的酸奶和牛奶也是23年9月的臨期商品。空調也不太有作用。 看得出酒店想營造出高端酒店的氛圍，但實際體驗下來，覺得服務空洞，用表面的裝飾營造出來的，沒有連鎖酒店的底藴。 圖片一是酒店門口。 圖片二是兩人份的早餐。

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Great location and rooms were clean and nice. Hotel staff was friendly. The only drawback is that the temperature is controlled centrally (cannot change it) and the room was too hot. Better than being too cold in Harbin in winter though!

Perbandingan antara kedua-dua saiz adalah lebih sempit. Apabila meninggalkan kedai, kerani bertanya kepada kami apa yang perlu kami perbaiki. Kami berkata bilik itu kecil. Kerani kata lain kali kamu semua. Sungguh melucukan apabila dapat menempah bilik keluarga untuk 2 orang. Saya tidak mengatakan bahawa ia jauh dari gambar di Internet. 2. TV di dalam bilik tidak dapat melihat saluran TV. Tidak mengapa jika anda tidak dapat melihat saluran TV. Lepas tu tengok network recording, tapi wifi hotel lambat. Ia tersekat pada siaran, atau ia hanya menunjukkan bahawa tiada rangkaian. Ia dimulakan semula beberapa kali sebelum menyambung. 3. Tandas di dalam bilik mandi adalah lebih daripada sepuluh sentimeter dari kaca pancuran. Orang yang lebih tinggi pergi ke tandas sama ada dengan kaki mereka atau meletakkan kaki mereka di sinki di kawasan pancuran mandian, atau mereka berada di sebelah tandas. 4. Dari pukul 7 hingga 9 pagi, bau asap berminyak yang entah dari mana menyedarkan saya yang berlarutan lebih dua jam. 5. Tiada talian tetap di dalam bilik. Saya menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel untuk mendapatkan sesuatu, tetapi saya perlu menggunakan telefon bimbit saya

This hotel located at Little gems at the happening street of central street. It’s so convenient and I got a good rate when reserve on this hotel. No need to book with breakfast and it’s not attraction. Also breakfast only available at 7:30am-9:30am with little things. Opposite the hotel has cafe and Russian food which you can enjoy. Next to hotel also got a nice local restaurant.

先説不足：1-房間夠用，但是並不寬敞，2-房間隔音效果不行，3-最大的問題是廁所沒有排風扇，冬天都開的暖氣，沒有排風系統真不行。 再説優點：1-位置絕對，出酒店左轉中央大街，右轉松花江。是旅行者最佳選擇。 2-服務熱情，基本有求必應。前台幾個小姐姐推薦的當地餐廳都不錯，推薦給我酒店對面的安德烈西餐廳口味不錯，性價比很高！3- 酒店早餐在同級別酒店算菜品豐富的。我訂的是含早餐的，攜程寫的兩份早餐，但是酒店也沒有收取小童的餐費，所以就憑這條 就必須給五星好評！ 總之，這家酒店值得推薦！

如果是個洗浴中心，就在你們最顯眼的地方寫明白，好嗎？原來我定的是洗浴中心包房啊？還補了一張門票。包房裡衹有兩份洗漱用品，我訂的是三人間三張床，服務態度前台比較差，熱水要放好久才來，房間裏沒有燒開水的壺。對面有家早餐相對好吃，門口有10來個停車位，如果第1次來哈爾濱的話，最好不要走友誼路，成天堵車，附近單行道挺多的。

Lokasi hotel adalah baik. Perkhidmatan yang hangat. Kerana saya mengambil anak perempuan pelajar sekolah menengah, dan ada kelas dalam talian pada waktu petang, saya menyesuaikan bilik khas untuk kami. Biliknya luas dan terang, tiada bunyi bising, sangat sunyi. Tinggal di tingkat bawah di tingkat 11 sesak dengan orang keluar masuk, tetapi tiada bunyi yang kedengaran di tingkat atas. sangat bagus. Kanak-kanak menyukai persekitaran yang sederhana dan murah hati ini. Satu-satunya tangkapan ialah hiasan cermin di dalam bilik lebih sedikit. Penilaian yang diberikan kepada hotel adalah sangat baik, markah penuh, dan hotel ini juga adalah yang terbaik yang pernah kami lihat di Central Street. Akan tinggal di sana lain kali saya pergi.

這個酒店的位置就在中央大街上，出門左轉就是中央大街，旅遊出行很方便，和酒店經理還溝通到了免費的停車位，很贊！酒店是新開業的，整體裝修風格不錯，設施也很新，全屋都是智能的，選的房間是一個大床房，2米*2米的大床房，零壓床墊很舒服，記憶枕也很不錯，房間衞生很好，衞生間乾濕分離，還有一次性馬桶墊免費使用，前台的兩位小姐姐服務態度很好，一個客房經理還幫我主動拎了行李，總體來説很不錯的服務，還有他家的熱水出水非常快即開即熱，水穩也很好，到了酒店洗了個熱水澡然後就休息了[愉快] 衞生：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 設施：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 環境：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 服務：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location is very very good as it is in the Central street of Harbin. But, there is only meeting rooom there, with no other facilities. The service is good, and the hygiene is ok. It is just because the carpet is a bit dirty and this hotel is very very old. Also, it is not 4 stars level hotel, it is more like 2.5 stars. Not only the location is good, but also there is a Russian cuisine restaurant that is delicious nearby, I recommend everyone to try that restaurant. But, there is a lot of people there, so you need to go there early otherwise the seats will be full and need to wait for a really long time. This hotel is ok if you live there for a night or two, but if you stay in this hotel for 3 nights or more, then I dont really recommend you to live in this hotel.

At the reception nobody spoke English (if you're already used to it not a big surprise). The hotel is really clean, really nearby (less than one minute walking) to the pedestrian area. The nearest stop of the underground is quite far but there is plenty of bus stations. Right next to the hotel there was an area with some activities to do on ice (skating, snowmobiles, sledges...). The room was clean, as well the bathroom. In the room the temperature was perfect, but still it was possible to change it.

給兩個孩子定的，孩子特意囑咐讓我給個好評，房間很乾凈床也很大，看到兩個孩子還特意多給了床被子，店家也很熱情，介紹周圍美食，位置好，中央大街，索菲亞，兆麟公園中心位置，去哪都很近，最主要的是性價比超高.

總體挺不錯的，步行幾分鐘就是中央大街和松花江邊，房間裏暖氣空調都有。房間裏信號不太好，衞生環境算不上太好，入住第一天廁所的垃圾桶沒清理。不介意房間隔音差的話這家就挺不錯，價格實惠，去哪都很方便。

Great location and rooms were clean and nice. Hotel staff was friendly. The only drawback is that the temperature is controlled centrally (cannot change it) and the room was too hot. Better than being too cold in Harbin in winter though!
