Ganz vorweg die hohe Punktezahl baut auf dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf, wurde durch den freundlich, aufmerksamen Service, das stets saubere Zimmer, Bad und gesamte Hotel und die große Frühstücksauswahl (die stets inklusive ist) noch ausgebaut. Der freundlich, aufmerksame Service, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, fiel auf und trug zum angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Über Geschmack in Hotels lässt es sich was Gestaltung, Stil und Farbwahl anbelangt streiten. Aber das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer mit Sessel, TV, Schrank, Kofferablage, Minibar usw angenehm. Das Badezimmer sauber, schnell warmem Wasser in der Dusche, Fön, Shampoo, Handtüchern etc. Die Ausstattung hat gut gepasst! Das Frühstück im Restaurant hat ein helles Ambiente, wie auch der Eingangsbereich, die Tagungsräume etc. hier lassen sich unterschiedliche Anliegen an ein Hotel/große Räume mit Bewirtung sicher abstimmen. Das Wlan war schnell und überall verlässlich sowie kostenfrei. Für das was es ist, ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und kann empfehlen werden !

A German chain of hotels with a novel business model in which they have gotten rid of key cards and send you room codes. You punch in a six digit code to access the car park and your room. With this system, you don’t need to check out. The rooms are clean and basic with no frills. As a bonus, there is air conditioning and the parking is free. There is a breakfast in the morning; make sure you have booked this with your reservation. You need to register and pay with reception otherwise. Another plus the vending machines sell beer for 2€ for a bottle! I had a nice stay and would consider this chain if I stayed elsewhere in Germany. Prices were good and I paid 98€ for something with breakfast about 10 minutes walk from Gottingen centre.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, Empfang und Eingangsbereich waren okay, der Fahrstuhl wirkt etwas vernachlässigt. Zimmer war nicht modern, aber sauber, großzügig und hell. Das Bad war auch sauber und mit Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit und Duschabtrennung. Die Betten waren eher fest, aber gemütlich, so dass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Insgesamt war es ruhig, unser Blick ging auf den Parkplatz. Frühstück war gut, es war alles vorhanden und lecker. Insgesamt war es ein entspannter Aufenthalt, daher werden wir sicher mal wiederkommen.

Ich habe eine Nacht in einer Einzelbox (26) verbracht. Das Bett war bequem, das Kabäuschen sauber - aber: in diesem heissen Sommer, braucht es in einem Zimmerchen (4qm gross) ohne Fenster unbedingt eine funktionierende Klimaanlage und das war leider nicht der Fall. Ich habe mich mit Zimmernachbarn unterhalten; wir hatten Temperaturen von 29 Grad drinnen, so dass schlafen schwierig wurde, zumal ja kein Lüftchen geht. An der Rezeption habe ich zweimal gebeten, dass die Temperatur reguliert wird. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat versucht, das zu ändern; leider erfolglos. Also, nebst keiner Klimaanlage in den Zimmern sehe ich als Nachteil, dass der Weg zur Toilette durch einen auf die Strasse hin vergläserten Gang führt. Jeder Passant kann dich von deiner Zimmertür, bis in die Rezeption von Kopf bis Fuss sehen. Besonders unangenehm, wenn man mitten in der Nacht im Pyjama auf Klo muss. Da könnte man mit wenig Aufwand (Aufkleber auf die Scheiben) für mehr Privatsphäre sorgen. Des weiteren sind die unmittelbaren Nachbarn ein Partyclub. Ich war an einem Mittwoch dort, da war es ruhig, aber wenn dort die Post abgeht, kann man sicher sein, dass es auch im Boxhotel keine ruhige Nacht wird (akkustisch). Würde ich wieder dorthin? Ja, wenn ich dringend einen günstigen, sauberen Platz für eine Nacht brauche. Nein in jedem anderen Fall, vor allem nicht, wenn der Club nebenan in Betrieb ist.

Wir waren letztes Wochenende im Ghotel Göttingen. Vom chekin bis chekout alles perfekt. Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Blick auf die Innenstadt. Alles sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, wenn etwas fehlt, wird sofort nachgereicht. Das Ghotel Göttingen kann man ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Göttingen wieder sehr gerne.

Ich war vor vielen Jahren mal zu einer Tagung dort und hatte das Hotel in guter Erinnerung, deshalb auch gebucht. Tolle und ruhige Lage, ganz viel grün, fast im Wald. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Allerdings würde ich da nur noch übernachten und nicht mehr da im Restaurant essen gehen. Absolut überteuert für diese Qualität. Salat mit totgebratener Hähnchenbrust 19€ und ein Glas Weißwein 0,15 10€. Sorry, wir sind hier in Northeim im Wald und nicht in Hannover. Klar, man muss keinen Wein trinken, aber wenn man “vermutet” ein schönes Essen zu bekommen, gehört das für mich dazu. Wie gesagt, übernachten, gerne wieder, essen nicht mehr!

Dieses Hotel ist in einem modernen frischen Stil gehalten, der natürlich in der Ausstattung die Nähe zum PS-Speicher betont. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, Bett/Matratze sehr gut. Bad funktional mit großer Dusche. Auffallend ist die durchweg sehr junge engagierte und total freundliche Belegschaft. Das hat Spaß gemacht und man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Frühstück ist gut ob der in meinen Augen ambitionierte Preis gerechtfertigt ist, sei mal dahingestellt. Ähnliches ist auch vom dazugehörigen Restaurant-Die Genusswerkstatt- zu berichten. Freundliches engagiertes junges Personal, das Essen gut, die Speisekarte übersichtlich, aber das soll kein negativer Punkt sein. Hinsichtlich der Preisgestaltung sind die Ambitionen auch hochgesteckt. Trotzdem bei bestem Wetter ein schöner Abend auf der Terrasse. Der Ort gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Ganz hübsch- gibt aber irgendwie nicht viel her. Eine Runde durch die Altstadt lohnt auf jeden Fall. Im obersten Stockwerk des Hotels eine schöne Dachterrasse…. Sauna haben wir bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur mal ignoriert. Ein Besuch, der sich gelohnt und Spaß gemacht hat.
