We just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel! Our two boys are 3 & 4 and they honestly had the best time! The hotel is so well catered to young children. The staff are so friendly and the animation team are brilliant with both the adults and kids! There is always something to do going on in the hotel and the evening entertainment was great! The pools are lovely and plenty of sunbeds which we had no issues getting everyday. The room itself was a great size and we had a huge terrace! We were bed and breakfast, the selection every morning had everything anyone could want! We've already booked to go back again next year🙈

(есть некий заливчик на территории, больше похожий на бассейн-лягушатник) Чтобы поплавать нужно идти по променаду вдоль моря на пляж

We have been to this hotel 2 times before and loved it. I always recommend it to people. The location is spot on, entertainment is super and drinks are great. The hotel also has a great a**osphere and friendly staff. Booking for our 3rd time, this time directly with the hotel, we didn't have a great experience which is a shame. Our room was 321 which was very far away from the lobby (4 corridor lengths from reception) overlooking a cement basketball course and a kids club hut. It was also crawling with these silverfish bugs, they were coming out of the shower and drains. I informed reception and asked if at all possible during the week (didnt even have to be that day) could we move rooms and they told me for the full week there was not another room spare. They would just spray the bugs and we would have to stay put. I spoke to the reservations dept who told me the only way to move rooms was to pay an €800 upgrade fee for a suite. Bit shocking to be honest when we are repeat customers. Our friends came 3 days later (their first visit booked with loveholidays) and were given a better location room than us so we knew it could have been changed, even mid week, so it was very disappointing. We also always enjoy the food, there are plenty of good options during dinner. There a hotdogs during the day which is great and breakfast is lovely. But during our trip this time, my husband ate a chicken skewer from the bbq area during lunch which was completely raw inside. We tried to find someone in charge as there were elderly and pregnant people being served this but there was no one around. Out of 4 of us we found 2 servings were not cooked well enough to eat. We always loved coming here, the beach across the road is amazing. It's a shame about this experience, it has put us off coming back. However, in saying that it is was only 1 bad experience out of 3 visits. We might give it another chance in a year or 2.

Just back from an amazingly relaxing week staying at the Oasis Lanz. From the moment my daughter and I arrived to the moment we left, we were able to totally relax in the beautiful, clean and classy surroundings. Everything felt so easy, like the hotel had thought of all our needs and provided them without us having to ask. The room was huge, clean, comfy bed, lovely big balcony with handy clothing rack for drying wet clothes, fridge, safe, TV etc. Everything worked and was in great condition. Room was made up daily, fresh towels etc and felt like new coming back after the cleaners had been in. Breakfast was superb, plenty of tables, no waiting to be seated. Very chilled vibe, lots of choices and everything I sampled was delicious from cooked breakfast to freshly made pancakes. We spent a lot of time at the pool nearest our room and loved it. Clean, perfect temperature, loads of loungers and the poolside bar for refreshments! On the odd occasion we needed something (taxi booked to airport/somewhere to leave bags after check out/ grab a shower before leaving) the staff at reception couldn't have been more helpful. Location wise it's perfect, so close to both beaches, restaurants and shops. Thanks for a great stay and hope to get back.

Great Location. The local bus No 22 stops right outside the airport. 1.4 euros to the bus terminal at the end of the beach, 10 minute journey, every 20 minutes. Its then only a 5 minute walk along the beach to the hotel. Refurbished hotel with a good selection at breakfast. Swimming pool on roof with a bar that serves great food. The barman, Pepe was fantastic.

First off...despite the 4 / 5 stars, we had a lovely family holiday. If you're booked to come, I've no doubt you'll have a great time and you'll make the best of the hotel. But we won't return. And I wouldn't recommend Royal Level sadly. There are so many positives. The room we had was recently refurbished, the terrace we had was huge, the team at the Royal Level bar were always friendly. It's a very clean place. The food massively lets this place down. Breakfast was fine. Lunch in the breeze pool was ok. The evening buffet was poor. Limp vegetables for vegetarians and poorly replenished food meant we either ate at the larger buffet (non Royal Level) or ate out. It's worth knowing that there are very few places nearby for a stroll. And the views over the de-salination / wind turbines aren't the best. Sunbed wars are strong here. If you want one of the pods...be up before sunrise. And expect to be frustrated by people not using them. Our two boys loved the kids club. So thank you to the team at the Barcy Club. Like I say, we had a lovely family getaway. But we'll book elsewhere in future.

Stayed with family- 2 kids aged 8&12yrs. Didn’t have high expectations as was a cheap holiday. However have been pleasantly surprised by how good it has been. Lots to do, the entertainment lads were fantastic- really friendly and good with the kids. Activities such as bowling, football, crazy golf (all free), and bingo for 1euro. Pool bar reasonably priced, staff there friendly. A relaxed and friendly vibe thought out the complex. Only issue would be no air con- not a problem for us at this time of year but would be very hot in the summer months. Location wise- within walking distance of 3 beaches. The first (Bastian) the smallest & sea can be choppy if windy, but great for exploring the rocks & pools. Second beach up has lots of fish. Take some food to give them and you will be surrounded! Lots of restaurants & bars nearby… too much choice actually and difficult to find food better than mediocre. I would recommend Los Amigos for food. Serving tapas and other local cuisine. Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. It’s hidden away but easy to find- sign posted on the right as you walk down to Bastian beach. There’s an Italian on the road down to the beach too (can’t remember the name but it began with an S!). We didn’t go, but were told it was nice and it was always booked up. We went to Barcelo Active Resort for our Honeymoon from the 21st Feb 2024 to 2nd March 2024 (All Inclusive) and we were very happy with our stay. It is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff that are very polite and welcoming. They put on entertainment every night, although some can be a little repetitive, it was still enjoyable to watch and be apart of. The food at the hotel is nice with lots of variety and choice, there is something different every day which is a plus. They even do a roast on a Sunday! Our hotel room was spotless, it was a lovely room, however not many hangers if there is 2 of you wanting to hang your clothes up. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre with shops and bars a long the way, alternatively the hotel will call a taxi for you if you aren't up for the walk. There are taxi ranks dotted all over the centre so it is easy to get back. It is a very windy island so please be cautious of that, however when the sun is out, the wind is a nice addition. Unfortunately we had a few days of clouds too which made it a little chilly at times, but the sun did make its appearance at some point in the day. It is a very active hotel with lots to do during the day, for example yoga at 11am then a cocktail demonstration at 3:15pm. You won't get bored here! All in all, we had a wonderful 10 days at Barcelo and will definitely be back at some point. If you are wanting to do some excursion while you're there, then I would highly recommend you do the Grand Tour excursion! It is a full day and costs 99 euros per person but it is incredible and so worth it! We loved our Honeymoon here🤍
