staff is excellent and the design or rooms like round bed etc is so beautiful and the most love is food which is very delicious. Property location & view is also awesome. Property is in the heart of City Haridwar And the facilities is very good. it’s my best experience to visit hotel classic heritage Haridwar again when i will come haridwar i will book it again& again😍

Have stayed at the same property numerous times when it was with 'Ganga Sadan' but now the new owners seem to have no interest in the place. We had a horrific experience starting with a rude employee at the reception sitting with a grouchy face & who yells at you in case you have any problem. The rooms have stinky 'toiltish phenyl 'smell & are dirty. The food is below average & the linen is dirty. Bathroom needed proper fittings as the hooks were broken. There is no one to even assist with the luggage. There is NO wifi or parking as incorrectly stated in amenities. there is only a dining area which is filthy. Seems like the only money spent by the new management is on the 2 new big sign boards which attract naive travellers to stay there. This place should be called ' Enter Mat'.. Never Enter. Big No...

Located just on the edge of all the hustle bustle and traffic chaos of Haridwar. Easily approachable. We had a comfortable stay. The staff was pleasant and attended to us promptly when we reached late at night. I made the booking at the last minute and was fortunate to get 2 rooms here. It's just 10 mins from Har ki pauri by E-rickshaw from the hotel. It's best to leave your vehicle parked here as parking near har ki pauri or the market can be very difficult to find. Hotel Kush Ganga - 50 Meter from Har ki Pauri, Haridwar

We stayed in Kush Ganga from 21st-24th Dec'22. First of all, hotel is not fully accessible by car. You have to drop off other side of the bridge (if coming from Jolly Grant airport etc) and then walk about 300-400 metres , crossing the bridge to get to the hotel. However, hotel did sent their staffs to carry the luggage we had (and we had a quite a few of them, 5 big bags as travelling with 2 senior people and a kid!) Location of the hotel is very near to Har ki Pauri ghat, however, Ganges/Ghat is not directly visible from the hotel due to lanes in front of it. Pros - 1. Excellent behavior and service by hotel staffs - this includes from manager to the attendants for room service - very cordial , warm and always ready to help. 2. Good food (veg only, as entire Haridwar is veg) - restaurant is small but I would definitely say they server quite quickly and always ready to help with additional requests (like hot water, warming up the food if needed once more etc) 3. Location is very near to Har ki Pauri, nearest market area, nearby temples etc Cons - 1. Due to the location of the hotel - people with disability requiring a wheelchair or unable to walk/having a problem with knees due to age etc. might find it lil difficult to reach initially. Again , hotel staffs may arrange some rickshaw or something in that case if they are informed well in advance but keep in mind no matter where you are coming from - you have to walk up to the hotel at-least for 5-7 minutes. 2. They definitely need to install room heaters (can think of charging extra for using it but definitely need to provide it) - we visited in December and definitely felt the cold bed at night. Room heater is a must there and absolutely needed.
