Wir waren für zwei Tage in dem Hotel, die Betten waren sehr bequem und man konnte gut schlafen, aber das Bad war leider nicht sauber und ich würde in dem Hotel nicht länger als zwei Nächte bleiben. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage war ganz okay

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, was happy with all the staff as they were very helpful especially Leanne as she kept me topped up with coffee and milk, will definitely be staying there again and will advise others looking for some where to stay in the Harlow area. To all the staff keep up the good work and hope to see you again soon. Kind regards Austen Bovill.

Have been staying at this Travelodge for a few months now and have to say it is always a lovely experience! All the team are quick to help with any issues or inquiries. I would highly recommended this place. Will definitely carry on staying here whilst working in the area

The customer service is zero. Honestly zero!!! There are many ways to confuse the customer as regarding the hospitality of the hotel. Their ways of doing are horrible. I don't think I'll ever use this Travel lodge at Harlow. It's a bad experience for me.

This is by far my favorite Travelodge I feel like part of the family. Milly is great always helpful. Infact all the staff are helpful. The room is always clean and the free tea and coffee is great. Free parking and Toby next door I couldn’t ask for anything else

Have stayed at Harlow Travelodge a few times and have found it to be an enjoyable place to stay, clean and tidy. Handy for rail journey into London with Harlow Town station close by.

Easy to park. We had a family room very spacious and comfy beds deffinatly needs more attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the rooms upon entering there was hair in the bath. And on the bedsheets. And when my child lost a toy behind the bed I pulled out the bed it had playing cards and a sweet wrapper down the back the skirting was thick with dust. So deffinatly needs to be cleaned . All in all. Nice hotel to stoop for a short stay
