Rooms are a little dated as to be expected. The reception was great but because of the age of the property I don’t think I’d stay again

Lovely little stay for the night. Perfect location right next to loads of shops and cafes. Very quaint and cosy. Food could've been a bit better.

Didn't stay because of train cancellation and no calling no refund whatsoever, very impersonal.

It is great hotel. Near Harrogate train station just walking 5 mins. Also. The hotel is close to town. You can find good restaurants.

Warm com.fy bed with tea making facilities hot power shower lovely soap so close to town perfect for sightseeing and coffee shop delights

The antique building, nice restaurants, near shopping center and train station.

Location of hotel is excellent for shops, restaurants and pubs, the room was exceptionally clean. The only downside in room was shower had no shelf for items and took a bit of figuring out. Staff were polite and on hand to help if needed. The parking is on a first come first served basis.

I cannot fault anything about the stay, although I didn't have the opportunity to try the food as I only arrived late in the evening and I was out early the next day. The standard single room was perfectly adequate for my needs, with a lovely bathroom and a wonderful shower. I was able to park right outside the door and the staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful. I will happily stay at this hotel again in the future.

Really nice room with view over the green in front of the hotel. Everything in the room was excellent.Pleasant view over town from 5th floor restaurant. All staff were helpful and courteous Would definitely stay again room 118

Absolutely amazing view, room, price, customer service 😍

酒店很是富麗堂皇，樓下酒吧很棒，晚上人氣爆棚；地理位置優越，周圍餐飲和逛街非常便利。房間稍顯陳舊，但也OK; 值得吐槽的是隔音不好，樓下人多時影響睡眠。

給我一個位置比較不好的房間雖然房間很大
