With a little work, this could be a really special hotel and it looks like they are trying to make it that way by remodeling. I wasn't impressed with the parking lot as there were a very limited amount of handicapped parking spaces. The lobby had a lot of remodeling going on and the bar and restaurant was closed. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy access off I-77 and close to Akron-Canton Airport.

I was nervous staying at a Best Western, but we needed to save some $. It exceeded my expectations. The workers are very kind and helpful, especially at breakfast! The breakfast has tons of choices - one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've had. Most of all, the hotel looks and smells CLEAN! Even the baseboards in the stairwell are clean. Over and above what I expected. We used the gym, which was good enough for a workout out of town. The room (king with a small divider, sofa, and kitchenette) was perfect for my teenage son and myself. Save a good amount of money and stay here!

Ia bagus, sedikit bercampur dengan tempahan tetapi nampaknya itu adalah kesalahan laman web ini dan bukannya hotel. Wanita di meja depan menyusunnya dengan cepat dan sangat sopan. Terdapat kebocoran rawak pada lekapan lampu di bilik mandi pada pukul tiga pagi tetapi tiada apa yang berlaku dan ia tidak bertahan lama untuk mengganggu kami. mungkin kerana kami tidak mahu dipindahkan ke bilik tanpa tab pusaran air yang merupakan sebab kami telah menempah bilik itu secara khusus. secara keseluruhannya ia adalah urusan hotel yang agak biasa.

Hotel was absolutely amazing. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It was nice to see that housekeeping stopped and made beds every day. The breakfast was fantastic. Just a great place to stay and I will definitely return. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in the property!!

I stayed here this week for 5 days. I want to score this higher but the room cleaning is a hard point for me. The plus points - good size room with all the amenities you need (coffee machine, fridge, iron + board, shower stuff). Standard HIE breakfast fare. Great staff. The negatives. Room was never cleaned - no bins emptied, no towels changed, no bed made up, no loo roll replacement. No offer of points or free selection from the market. Tiny gym and pool. Doors slam noisily. The other minor issue I had was that during my stay there was a crew that were working locally cutting trees and so they took up most of the car park with their machinery and every night there would be a few people outside the entrance smoking and drinking. Will try another hotel when i'm back out in 2 weeks

our room wasn’t ready for about an 1 hr 1/2 till after we got here and we need to get ready for a party at the hotel and we had to carry our luggage all around the place and was unable to get ready in our room for the event.
