Hotel Raama

Booked a triple bed room and stayed with family. The rooms are clean and the offered all the standard services. I was forced to pay Rs.500 for extra person on arrival because apart from 3 adults, I had a 10year old daughter with us. They promised to provide an extra bed for this charge and did provide the same. We just stayed here only to rest as we were heading to Sringeri in the next morning. So, did not get to experience any dinner or breakfast.

Very bad experience... No complimentary toiletries provided. Breakfast experience was extremely bad... 80% items were finished before time. We were simply denied for jain food. We confronted the front desk and restaurant ***ager so he said we have to pay extra for jain food when we had breakfast included in room rent. Breakfast was finished before time. Vada were extremely oily. When we asked for talks with ***ager the staff said our ***ager is not available . Also when we asked for restaurant ***ager they also get away without giving any information about the ***ager. Seems all the ratings given are fake Please dont stay here by just looking at the ratings... Present scenario have changed as compared to the old reviews written.

We recently stayed here on the way to bangalore. Neat and decent hotel to stay. The rooms were well maintained and service and staff are very courteous. The restaurant serves delicious food. Washroom toiletries stock can be improved.

We decided to stay here for a night (on the way to coorg) and I would say it was a good stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is well maintained as well. The restaurant is swanky, looked huge and impressive. We wanted to try some south indian dishes for dinner but was not available and told that the chef who prepares these dishes have gone home. So we did roam out to get south indian dinner. The next day we tried the buffet breakfast and I should say that it had good variety of dishes and the taste was very good. The lobby at night were bit smelly as the there is a huge open ground behind and we noticed that a window was open. But it didnt affect the room itself and once you go inside the room, its all fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay at Hassan.
