The room is clean, the bed is very soft, I like the bed. The room size is just right for 2 people. The furniture and bathroom fixtures in the room are of good quality. I feel comfortable and relaxed after resting. There are a lot of blankets and pillows (I like it). It is very clean. The room is very bright. There are not enough light switches. There is no hair dryer. I have to go down to the counter to borrow one.

We booked online a day before and loved how cheap it was. Budget friendly for travellers which was perfect for a stop off in Hat Yai. Close to the train station and markets in town. We did have a problem with ants that got into some food and our bags. Keep that in mind but for the price, you don’t expect it to be super clean. I would recommend if you needed a super cheap hotel

I went to Hatyai for 4 days 3 nights with my friends and we chose this hotel because of the price. The price is very cheap and affordable for those who have a low budget to travel. But I didn't expect that when we got to the room we're speechless because the room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. I didn't think we would get such a room for such a cheap price.. and the receptionist was also very kind and cheerful. I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Hatyai again..🥹

LLIM LI CHUENNever trust hotel reviews!! We chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but after staying here, we were truly disappointed!
I booked three rooms for three nights at Bhava Residence. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was very noisy, so I requested a room change.
On the first night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in another room completely stopped working, causing my family to have a sleepless night. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially, the air conditioner in the new room was working fine. The hotel staff informed us that if the air conditioner malfunctioned again, we could request a fan from them since there was no technician available to fix it immediately.
However, later that night, the same problem occurred—the air conditioner in that room completely stopped working again. This meant that my family endured two sleepless nights in a row. It was truly terrible! That night, the room opposite my family’s room also had to be changed in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue.
I questioned the hotel front desk staff about why these air conditioning failures kept happening. Their explanation was that the air conditioners were overworked, which is why such problems kept occurring!
Because of this issue, I will never choose this hotel again. It has seriously affected my family's rest, and we are very disappointed with this hotel. I hope the hotel management should thoroughly resolve the air conditioning problems and take responsibility for their guests.

Pputeri noor alia megat mohd nooreverything about the hotel is good just that the bathtub is not so clean.i have to use tissue and hot water to clean and sanitize the bath tub.please ask the housekeeping to clean properly ya.thank you..one more thing,this hotel is far from other shop such as 7e.so need to have own transportation for smooth journey.overall have fun here with my husband for a short vacay.

However, the Hotel have transport service (8-10 ppl )to various place if you need at a very reasonable price. Lots of restaurants and stores along the main road. . The Hotel also has a restaurant with Thai style breakfast. The room is cost and clean with all amenities in good condition

TTianshidechibang29Hotel 🏨 George Town Old City, the store arranged room 105 for me, which is right at the staircase. It is very noisy and the sound insulation is very poor 👎 If you choose to stay here, 101-103 is the best. 104-105 is not recommended at the staircase. Bus 🚌 is very convenient to Kek Lok Si Temple. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is near the bar street.
