Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room was meticulously cleaned, with the bed and bathroom well-maintained, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops nearby. It's easy to find food, go shopping, or get around, making it perfect for tourists or short-term stays. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The overall value for money is high. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that rooms in Block A facing the bar can be a bit noisy at night, which might affect light sleepers. I'd recommend choosing a room in a different block when booking; it would be much quieter and lead to a better stay. Aside from that minor issue, the overall accommodation experience was very satisfying. The room was comfortable, the environment was clean, and the location was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area and would recommend it to friends and family.

Didn't use the hairdryer. The electric kettle was a bit dirty, but everything else was satisfactory. Great value for money!

The front desk service is excellent, with detailed and attentive check-in, check-out, and luggage storage. The room design is simple, practical, and exquisite, with a few small surprises that show the designer's creativity. The king bed is very comfortable to sleep in, and the rooftop pool and bar are fantastic, perfect for night scenery photography.

Not so convenient if you don't have transport, every time go out need use grab or tuk tuk to go town areas. Request extra pillow or hair dryer rejected since not such service, won't be booked again in next time. Cleanliness so so and still can see tissue leftover on floor.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. However, the hallway was quite dirty and could be improved.

Everthing good, counter reception service help me when i need the small change for the toto car driver, room is comfortable and big and clean, air cond cool enough, thank you
