"This is a very basic hotel. Its very central & night market and small malls are within walking distance from the hotel. The downside are room can be rather noisy for those early sleepers. Room need to refurnish as it’s a bit dated. Shower floor can be rather wet after shower n get slippery. Breakfast options are pretty standard. The plus points are staffs in good manners & very helpful. Overall excellent attentive services at all levels👍"

"The hotel is in a great location for shopping night market etc. The room was large and very clean. The shower was situated inside the bath tub but there was plenty of hot water and powerful. The staff were very polite and very helpful. So in summing up the mayflower was very good value for money 👍👍"

"My first stay in this hotel, was impressed by the lobby, very cozy and nice. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, no complaints. Front office staff wasn’t very friendly. When checked out at 10am, there was no staff at the counter. The cleaner helped to look around, waited for 10 minutes then the lady staff came out from the door behind the counter. No greeting and apology, just ask me to wait for room check and that took another 5 minutes before I had my 500 baht deposit back. Hotel location is near to Lee Garden and Kim Yong market, short walking distance, convenient."

"Rooms and locations are good obviously. Massage / night market / halal food / everything just around Lee Garden Hotel walking distance. Very happening at night. however Lee Garden is lacking with customer service. The moment we arrived at the lobby, we have to carry our own luggage (we are 5 in a family with small kids and bags) no one from the hotel is helping us with lots of bags. Even at the lobby, none of the staff offer to help us despite seeing us with our kids and we need to drag our bags ourselves."

"One of the best budget hotels I’ve ever stayed in! First impressions was great that they even gave welcome drinks! Better experience than even 5 star hotels! Love the modern industrial theme. Rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. It’s also walking distance from the night markets and eateries. The host was friendly and gave great recommendations! LLeonardzzI stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range.
The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier.
Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat.
As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out.
Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice.
Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

KKITTISAK.KI recently stayed at Leevana Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was! The parking area is spacious, and there’s a security guard on duty 24/7, so I felt safe leaving my car there.
Check-in was quick and straightforward. They do require a deposit of 100 THB per key card, which is pretty standard.
The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how the bathroom was clean, well-organized, and had separate wet and dry areas. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent!
One minor downside was the digital door lock. If the door isn’t fully closed, it makes a loud noise. Because of this, all the rooms have doors that slam shut pretty loudly, which can be disruptive. If they could improve this, it would make the stay even better.
Another plus is that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding a good place to eat is super convenient.
Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it, especially for the value and comfort.

VVasinee__The building was good , the room was OK in standard. But reception wasn't nice and not friendly at all. I asked for one extra towel and I had to paid money for it. Reception was not in the mood to service. Very lazy. She took my ID card to register my stay and didn't return it to me. Till 2 hours later when I came down to the lobby. At least she should have informed to return it to me. And security was also lazy to service at the carpark. When I drove the car in he didn't even move to check the car who's in or out.

GGuest UserThe property offers a comfortable size of room in a single separated unit that provides privacy from other rooms. It has a car parking spot conveniently next to the room. The towels are decently clean and the bathroom accessories are properly available. The bedsheets,the pillow covers, and the blanket looked rather old. I wished the room would have a fresher smell. For only one night stay with my family , it is considered decent. The location though is excellent as it close to the main road which easy in and out to Songkla Old Town and Hat Yai.
