Hotel Sevilla Habana Affiliated by Meliá

From Nivia the boss of GEX to Yaneisy, the service was excellent, 5 stars. All personel was very courteous and the hotel is beautiful, well located in the center of Havana City. The room was perfect, with an amazing view of the city. I will come back to Sevilla's hotel anytime.

Unforgetable memories. Absolutely perfect food, fresh and well renovated rooms, lovely staff. Lobby takeyou to the past and you really enjoy evert single moment here. Location in the city center close to oldtown, highly, truly recommend.

This hotel is very centrally located, with a large beautifully decorated, welcoming foyer. Check in was friendly and quick. There's a lovely ground floor bar which was a peaceful place to sit and enjoy a drink, served by exceptionally friendly staff. The bar also served a limited food menu. Disappointingly, there was no roof top bar, or restaurant, which had been advertised before our arrival. Breakfast was buffet style, and I did feel that some of the staff were pretty off hand, but that aside, there was plenty of choice on offer. The room was lovely with a great view over the city to the sea, and very spacious, and exceptionally clean. Good TV with a wide choice of channels - not that much time was actually spent in the room. The only blip was the shower, which at times, would just not run hot. The swimming pool was a highlight, which was very clean and not too busy when I was there, with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. We were on the 7th floor, and with only one lift that appeared to be working, this turned out to be a challenge when that lift broke down. However, this is Cuba, and you have to take the rough with the smooth. I'd definitely go back to this hotel again on any return trip.

The hotel is a stunning older beauty. The foyer is gorgeous and perfect for chilling out and the lobby bar is great for 5 a.m. expresso and 2 a.m. cocktails. The room was basic enough but we knew we would hardly be in it and all the amenities were present, clean, and correct. Breakfasts were the usual buffet but the team was very attentive to coffee refills and any questions we had. The thing that ramps this review up is the people who work there. They made this a perfect stay for us - they were all respectful, funny, responsive, and had a generosity of spirit that really made the experience for us. We had an unfortunate morning where the lift broke down and the team worked so hard (alongside our Travel Rep; big shout out to Artemio and Love Cuba - I'd strongly recommend) to ensure we, and others, suffered as little inconvenience as possible and were encouraged, and celebrated, for putting up with the issues this briefly caused. The customer care was impeccable. The pool was lovely too. If we go back to Havana we'll go back to Sevilla - big thanks to the Team there!

Nice hotel, bland food and no evening entertainment in it. Very good location. Amazing architecture. Rooms were nice. Stayed in end of February. Weather was 25c. Great to see the old cars. Parts of the hotel were closed such as the roof top bar. Good service.

We were at the pool. We liked the food, wonderful. We had good service from the pool staff and Lulu. I liked my beer with a lemon market but for everything else it was great. The Wi-Fi needs repair. I would have liked to come earlier, it will be for next time Thanks a lot

The picture of the hotel is not up to date for a start. Stayed for 4 nights. Lobby very beautiful, that is it. Swimming pool a bonus but dated and noisy. Breakfast adequate, no milk all 4 days, no bread. So restaurant not open as advertised and the roof top bar is deserted/ not open, so only patio bar open serving a short menu. Bar takes Peso's one day then not the next??. Bedroom 720. Never stayed in such a poor room, windows blowing in the wind thought they were going to fall out and filthy. No hot water for shower all 4 days, Hairdryer did not work and I asked someone to repair it but was ignored. Floors never cleaned. Really disappointing experience considering what we paid. Description and amenities need updating. We are aware of all the struggles and shortages before we came but expected much better.

Nice hotel in a good place the spacious were great even the people specially my friends from the guest experience they were great people they helped me a lot for me everything was ok The rooms were nice and spacious breakfast was wonderful very good people, they were very friendly and nice.I enjoyed the stay there.
