Hotel berhampiran Old Havana, Havana

I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying! 1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. I asked why, and therestaurant staff didn't give any explanation, and said very unfriendly thatthey don't accept cash. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? And didn't told me in advance. The restaurant service is so poor, is it because the meal timedelays the employees from getting off work normally? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff? 2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. Does not reflect the duties of the Guest Services Manager on duty.No explanation as to why the hotel only accepts credit cards and not cash.Threatened to call the police. The point is that I didn't refuse to pay afterthe meal, but wanted to pay the bill with the cash. Why did she want to callthe police? This is threatening the hotel guests! 3. Complain about the poor attitude of thesecurity guard on duty and lack of awareness of service. It is like theunderworld threatening the guests staying in the hotel. 4. Complain about the service of the hotel.We are two ladies and took a baby who was only one year old. All of those staffof the hotel did not have the concept of customer-oriented and the most basicmorality of caring for minors, and deliberately made things difficult In-houseguests who spend at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, guest servicemanager and security in the hotel are not worthy of working in a five-starhotel like Kempinski, which brought me a very unpleasant stay and experienceduring my stay in this hotel. I want to emphasize the background of thiscomplaint again. At around 22:00 on August 13, 2023, after themeal in the hotel restaurant, I wanted to settle the bill in cash, but therestaurant service staff refused my request to settle the meal in cash, whichled to this unpleasant incident. Hope Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habanacan explain and apologize in writing to us two ladies and a baby who is onlyone year old.

打卡凱賓斯基，首先位置一絕，在國會大廈的斜對面，然後頂樓的bar真的很贊，坐在這裏就可以看到 Centro Habana以及La Habana Vieja的全景，還有一個頂樓的游泳池，甚至連電梯都是觀光電梯，是拍照打卡的好去處。總的來説體驗還是很OK的，可以在這裏喝雞尾酒，欣賞哈瓦那城區的風景。

Good experience at the pool bar. Carlos and Henry are excellent at their service. 10/10 service. We are here for 7 days and come regularly and we always have a great experience. We recommend them both. Always a great experience with carlos and Henry. Alejandro y shantelle marrero

This hotel was the last stage of my stay in Cuba and I was extremely happy with the choice I made. The hotel is centrally located, on one of Havana's boulevards, and offers pleasant views of many of the city's attractions. The hotel is new and offers, right from the entrance, a large, bright and well-valued space. The rooms are large, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The infinity pool on the 6th floor is extremely spectacular, and invites you to relax. The breakfast is fabulous, varied, fresh and tasty, and the breakfast room and outdoor terrace make you feel pampered while enjoying a good coffee. It would be extremely difficult to find a specific thing that would displease me at this hotel. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

I had an amazing experience at this resort, it has a great location so I could share with my friends and walk in Havana. The staff is kind,specially Kiara,from Customer Service. The food is excellent and I love Coffee at nigths. I just wanna comeback again,see you all soon.

The hotel is in a good location, easy walking distance to all the sights and it’s very close to the iconic Hotel National de Cuba, which is a must see! The staff are amazing, especially the front of house/reception, the pool staff on the roof deck, and the ground floor bar staff who were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good variety of local and continental options, buffet style with a range of drinks/juices. I used the gym and the pool, was a good experience. Taxi from the airport to hotel and return to the airport cost me £10 sterling each way, but of course the taxi guys do try to charge double that, so negotiate amicably and pay a fair price! I had a slightly scary experience on my final night at the hotel, when a strange man entered my room at 11.30pm! I had to chase him him and report him to reception downstairs. I was told he was the maintenance guy who accidentally went into my room. I was not given an apology by the manager nor offered any resolution, as I wasn’t able to sleep that night due to anxiety etc. Imagine if I had been a less able man, or even a female, I dread to think what could have and would have happened! The matter was reported to Trip.com who apologised but it should have been the hotel manager who spoke with me, and I felt disrespected that they still to date have not bothered to contact me! Overall, the hotel is nice, but it was just my end incident on the final night that messed up my experience.

My first visit to Havana and won't be my last... these guys gave me a stay to remember, it was my Birthday whilst there, I got a cake, and a lovely greeting, also they they got me a Classic car to Buena Vista Social club... before I headed to Varadero... 🥰🥰🥰 special thanks to Raymundo, Elizabeth, Ruben,Cristina Edgar, and Iran... and all staff were lovely. Amazing stay. THANK YOU

Так получилось, что за короткое время я останавливался в отеле дважды, поэтому пишу два отзыва в один день. В общем, отель по-настоящему прекрасен - всё добротно, красиво, удобно и стильно (отель открыт с 1929 года и, в целом, сохранил свой стиль за небольшими исключениями). Изначально над ним работали основательно, и результат не подвёл - по настоящему хорошие вещи не теряют с возрастом свой класс, а наоборот, приобретают дополнительное достоинство, ну как коньяк или выдержанный ром). Добавляет ощущений (вернее, возводит их в степень) отношение персонала - душевное и неравнодушное. Встречал здесь гостей, которые всегда останавливаются в этом отеле, когда приезжают в Гавану. Видимо и я буду теперь таким человеком))

Проживали в данном отеле с 11.04. по 14.04. 24г. трое взрослых, бронировали номер 2 спальных места + софа, что получили двухспальная кровать и кресло кровать без постельного белья!!! При обращении на ресепшен нам ответили ничем помочь не могут, такое бронирование! Берите с собой простынь и одеяло для проживания в этом отеле. Есть кофемашина, но нет кофе, из душа течет вода, лужа по всей комнате. Завтрак хороший, спортзал тоже, до центра Гаваны- такси, рядом магазин со спиртным за валюту, тож. плюс.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I enjoy it very much. The room were cleaned and the cleanig lady even left us a note saying welcome to us, the food was good and also all the people from the hotel were very nice to everybody. I recomend this hotel and if I will come back to Havana I will definitelly stay here.
