Hotel terbaik di Maui

Stayed here for our 20th anniversary. The service is excellent. The room is great and has everything you need. Great view from room, very comfortable bed, fridge/freezer packed with soft drinks but plenty of room for more stuff, Wolf microwave, snacks, Toto toilet, Charmin toilet tissue, nice shower, huge tub, and large couch. Food and drinks at the bar are delicious. Beach valet service was great, and nice that we were ble to get a ride to a restaurant for dinner. Cons: Need more food options after pool bar closes. Open-air gym gets very hot and humid after sunrise, and forget about trying to use hotel wi-if in the gym - it doesn’t work there. Overall, a great stay, and we would return.

The following is a list of problems we encountered while we were staying at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas North. Obviously, they don't check the room before new guests arrive. ROOM 6630 * Broken TV in bedroom upon arrival. * We had no Kleenex or lotions in our room when we arrived. * Some of the dishes and utensils were dirty when we arrived. * Dishwasher would only let us wash dishes with cold water. It seemed like the settings were locked and we could not change them. * The water was shut off for 8 hours one day and we had no hot water the ENTIRE next day. * Maid service did not show up one of the days we were there. * Had to call the front desk for coffee and condiments because the maid did not leave us any on a couple of days. * The timer on the coffee pot did not work. * The phone GFI outlet in the kitchen kept tripping the entire time we were there shutting off the room phone. * The balcony furniture was covered with bird droppings and the windows were dirty and dusty.

Lumeria Maui is our most favorite Hale to stay when we visit Maui. Their upcountry location is perfect for a central location to explore all of Maui. This nature inspired meditative retreat is at the steps of so many things to do, and the entire staff will bode with tremendous suggestion. Candice, Brandi and Char are the most friendly and professional house staff while Preston, Shane, and Kyle provide comfort breakfasts every morning of your stay. You will be very well cared. Please avail yourself to an Energy session with Brooke Howsley on Friday mornings and find a Sarah Rothman Hatha class during your stay for sure. Enjoy!

There was a huge challenge with the hotel room we were assigned, but HGVC staff were not willing make it right. The excuse was due to inventory limitations they could not move our room. According to the website there were other rooms available. The front desk staff and manager have no ability to make changes of any kind. I found the staff polite but there is a complete lack of customer service. As of 01 November 2024 the Maui Hilton Grand Vacations has demonstrated a very strong level of excellence in customer service. They have corrected the challenges with our room. We are grateful to all of the staff and look forward to continuing to build positive memories of Maui on future trips. Other things to know: 1. The property is brand new and there are growing pains. 2. The pool facilities and hot tubs are stunning and there is a ton of space. At least there is in November. 3. Sofas are an uncomfortable. 4. The units are beautiful and come with all the amenities you need.

We would never recommend this hotel to anyone and only writing a review to warn others in order to not have you go through what we did. Customer service was inadequate, rooms are disgusting and as others have stated A LOT of false advertising. Our door lock was broken and would not function, did not feel safe, told the front desk and nothing was done. Not even a offer to move us to another room. Room was not cleaned beforehand or during our stay even though we requested housekeeping. Shower was so deathly we had to request a mat which someone did drop off for us. Mold, mildew even moss (something green) growing places in the room from all the humidity. Images for our suite showed a stove which was absent. The staff tried to tell us they are only for suites but I mentioned we had a suite and showed the pictures from Choice Hotels depicting the stove in our suite selection and all they could tell us was there is no stove in your room. We mentioned our concerns to the staff and nothing was attended to. No one even asked how our stay was when we checked out, not sure if that is customary since the rooms are in such terrible condition. I have seen positive reviews for the big family suites. I would say the staff most likely spends all their time and money taking care of the most expensive suites and not the other rooms unfortunately. Pool and hot tub were not clean and pool is very small if another couple or even just one other person is in it, not comfortable. This wasn't an issue for us because we did not come to use the pool but in case you are. One last thing they are developing a new resort or something next door so the construction noise is very loud and constant. This was a very special trip for us and Maui is amazing. We recommend the island for sure, we had an incredible time just not at this hotel!

We did a sister trip for our birthdays and thru the recommendation of a dear friend we were able to get a room here and we couldn’t have been happier. Everything was amazing from the location which is perfectly centrally located, to the room and most importantly the hosts from Joanna and Kaui to everyone I spoke to at the desk. Working in the industry for 27 years I know good customer service when I feel it … and the host of the Maui Coast Hotel are top notch! My sister and I can’t wait to go back! The people at the front desk were very kind, especially Pam. She helped us at every turn and greeted us by name as we returned. The location was great as we explored Maui.
