I found hair on my bed and floor, staff immediately offered me upgrades and checked my new room before I entered.

The location is in the heart of the old city area. Everything is at walking distance and within 100 mts has a beautiful riverwalk.

Delightful hotel well located in one of the main areas of Hefei, close to Hefei train station. The hotel is situated next to a long canal which was recently renovated and you can enjoy long walks; it’s also close to several parks and Huaihe Road commercial street with many big shopping roads, Starbucks etc. also less than 10 minutes walk to the metro system. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and have decent level of English service. Hotel is very clean and meets the Crowne Plaza standard. Large and fully equipped gym plus and 25 meter pool with four lanes is perfect for workouts. The breakfast buffet offers the classic Western food and some tasty local Anhui delicacies such as Huainan Beeft Noodles, meatballs, dumplings etc. Will definitely stay here again for business trips.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

This hotel is very confortable, the gym is very good and big and the pool even little busy was always clean. The room was big and the bed soft, and the cleaning room incredible service. The only small issue is that the hotel staff should have more than one member to speak english.

周边游 有公园 resort and parklands, walk distance to tourist spots. Breakfast is premium quality with excellent western foods. Will definitely recommended.

跟愛人一起來合肥度假，在各個酒店之間選擇眼花繚亂，想去逍遙津附近遊玩，就選擇了最近的融僑皇冠酒店，入住的時候前台Alice小姐姐給升級了房間，也貼心的贈送了水果 ，房間很大，風景也很好，離遊玩的地方實在太近，地理位置就佔了很大優勢，因為想嚐嚐合肥本地的味道，就沒有選擇酒店的早餐，有機會一定要嚐嚐，聽説是自助早餐，很期待下次來合肥再來這家酒店！

酒店環境很好，大堂乾淨明亮又不失精緻。一樓有大堂吧有下午茶可以休閑，前台Annie服務很好。房間床品舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，空調效果較好。朝南的房間視野開闊，體驗很好，性價比高，位置離逍遙津公園很近，交通方便。

酒店環境挺好，開業好幾年了保養的還可以，尤其是大堂的大理石可以當鏡子照了。前台的Annie服務很好，安排了景觀房，視野開闊，空調效果佳。房間衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間一塵不染。五樓是健身房和泳池，設施設備齊全。位置靠近淮河路步行街和逍遙津公園，周邊生活配套也齊全。性價比較高！

五一錯峯帶娃出行，住過這麼多次五星， 這次有被暖到瞬間給合肥上大分 設施：大廳寬敞辦理入住流程很快，房間設施相對陳舊，畢竟開業這多年 但是服務非常五星！有幸遇到徐經理，剛下車就跑過來幫忙拿行李，辦理入住後還幫忙送房間去 Zoe服務一百分 👍 兩個孩子沒地方玩兒，給升級了套房，讓工作人員把小童房的裝備統統安排，可樂壞兩個娃了 我這不妥妥的小童套房嗎，性價比高高的 這服務團隊感覺很有服務意識，很團結，管理上肯定是下功夫了 早餐：該有的都有，吃飽沒問題 合肥的特色是鍋貼嗎？口感偏硬，可能吃不習慣 附近：對於孩子來説，景點可能沒那麼重要，旁邊的逍遙津公園有些1800多年的歷史，有遊樂設施，神奇的發現還有小萌寵，對於幼童來説簡直太驚喜 步行街也很近，散步過去10分鐘左右 下次來合肥還回來住的酒店
