This hotel is always awesome. Even when they had to make some last-minute changes, the staff was super helpful and worked hard to find the best solution for me.

Very poor experienced for staying 7 nights here, poor A/C conditions, poor service by the staffs. Never to return here again. Cannot sleep well any night stayed due to very hot A/C conditions. Request to change the room but no respond and sent the fan instead.

Wow, what an extraordinary experience at your exceptional hotel! Our stay was nothing short of magical. We hosted a small wedding and birthday dinner and enjoyed one unforgettable night. The location was breathtaking, the food was simply divine, the rooms were magnificent, the ambiance was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Very quiet and nice place to enjoy and relax yourself. Specially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool 👌

Invited for a wedding which was at the Hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice. Swimming pool was ok, nothing special. Great for the kids, the Amusement park and Swimming Indoor Park were close by and easy to get to from the Hotel!

酒店很大，緊鄰巢湖，環境優美，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛。每一個服務人員都熱情有禮，體驗很好！尤其是前台盧雨凡熱情接待，積極協調早餐需要和辦理遊玩票據手續，並把行李送到房間，還主動詢問我們的需求，服務非常周到細緻，使我對這個酒店非常滿意！

各方面都很好，住過很多次了，酒店很安靜，景色也好，下午的車票前台給安排了延遲退房，走的時候前台崔文聰還送了水果，下次還會來

酒店環境不錯，還有配套的泳池健身房，早餐種類豐富，Alex服務很熱情，入住體驗很不錯！

酒店環境優美，高端大氣，無論從一進入酒店的周邊環境還是房間裏的衞生，和一路碰到的員工都是那麼出彩，熱情，客房員工時愛蘭在住店期間熱情周到，為我指引，帶我去房間，介紹周邊環境，讓我覺得在合肥這個城市，又增添了一絲温暖

酒店前台胡寧服務態度很好，可以及時解決我的訴求，很熱情，酒店裝修的也很好看，環境不錯

本來是計劃的中秋小長假: 合肥3-4天行（9.13晚出發-9.16回）～ 有3晚住宿安排在了這家酒店～ 但是由於颱風入境～ 取消了一晚住宿提前1晚回。 沒有來得及慢慢感受這家在巢湖邊的美麗酒店。 就性價比而言 那必須是5星。 我訂的這間是650+/晚 大床房 含雙早。 酒店房間有55平米 非常寬敞 還帶一個陽台～ 酒店整體環境非常幽靜、避世, 在巢湖邊。 遺憾這次合肥出行時間被壓縮地太短 沒有時間好好沉浸式感受巢湖了～ 酒店的早餐不得不説 非常贊 尤其就這個住宿價格而言。 是整個酒店我最喜歡的部分。 中西式都有 家人喜歡中式 而我偏愛西式 早餐種類非常多 且品質也非常好 都能滿足&照顧到～ 沒有時間享用酒店內全部設施了 但總體而言 印象非常好。 下次有機會再來入住。
