Ulasan Mercure Hefei Huaihe Road

Reception is doing more than they can do to help me get through my stay-in like extension hours of check out , room service with duvet when I reach out for a need. Among the best of their service is the breakfast pack of grab bags for stayers unable to grab their breakfast buffet. Great hotel and pampered service .

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure very much. It’s convenient with easy access to the Huaihe shopping street downstairs. The breakfast is great and variety. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the counter staff Eric. We will definitely book again for our next visit!

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city center so there’s a good connection to the pedestrian shopping area right at the door. It’s quite busy and crowded part of the city so if that’s your thing this hotel is the right one for you. The hotel also offers a separate self-laundry room at the 7th floor so for quick laundry and ironing clothes for business travelers such as myself it was pretty useful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hefei for a business trip.

The location was very good as it was central and easy to get around. The staff were kind and efficient. Rooms are spacious with a good layout. Great amenities at a great price.

Lovely hotel and great location. If you are over 6 ft 5 inches tall, the rooms may be a little low ceiling for you. I just made it.

Great location in the middle of downtown close to local markets and local food and also close to the walking pedestrian street and the metro. The front desk was very helpful in particular Coco who can speak English very well. She showed me the room and explained all the benefits. The reception was really nice and the room was comfortable.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great, the pedestrian street that the hotel is on is really cool at night and the vibe is perfect for late night meandering. The hotel is really clean and the rooms are well laid out. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the moving robot attendant 😅

酒店位置出行就餐很方便，停車也方便 酒店還有一位先生幫助來拿行李，感到很親切。 電話諮詢時 前台服務人員王小姐很耐心 。還有一位像是領導的先生 介紹了次日遊玩哪裡更好 非常貼心。必須在這裏表示感謝。 晚上申請了低一些的枕頭，服務員很快送到 五星的服務。 早餐 一定要好好介紹一下。細觀察 每一位工作人員盡責盡職 有條不紊 眼裡有活兒 。每道菜餚都做的不馬虎。色 香 味 美 。由衷的感謝每一位工作人員為我們住宿客人所付出的勞動。

酒店地理位置有優缺點，優點是在步行街裏，吃飯選擇很多，去逍遙津，包公園，明教寺都可以步行到，李鴻章故居就在樓下。缺點是不靠近大路，樓下是一條單行道小巷，司機都不願意開進來，天氣好勉強還行，如果天氣冷，下雨，拖着行李這些情況走去大路那是相當狼狽。酒店早餐看似選擇多，但是味道不咋地，很多都冷了，幾十塊錢還不如樓下找個小店吃。然後衞生很糟糕，連住阿姨都偷懶不拖地。服務態度倒是很好的，提出的要求都能滿足。總的來説這個價格還是可以的
