The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and visiting attractions like Li Hongzhang's Former Residence. The rooms are clean and smart, with a thoughtful wet/dry separation design. The breakfast offers a rich spread of both Western and Chinese options. The service is warm and friendly, and you might even get a surprise room upgrade. This place offers incredible value for money, a must-choose when you come to Hefei!

The best service I've ever encountered! Right from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. All the amenities were excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to everyone. I didn't take any photos, just one of the map under the big screen in the hallway. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

The room was very comfortable. Downstairs, there's a pedestrian street, and the best-tasting Kawa tea in the area. It's also not far from the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. If I have the chance, I'll probably stay here again next time.

The environment is really great, and the scenery is nice too. It's right in the pedestrian street. Finding a parking spot took a while, but the hotel staff member was always enthusiastic in replying to my messages. She was very patient, telling me how to get there and how to find parking, guiding me online the whole way. She even helped us pre-register our license plate number, making entry and exit super convenient and fast. Plus, because of some booking issue, they upgraded me to a suite for free! I was so happy, it felt like winning the lottery! Haha, HUAZHU is definitely the best choice.

The double room we booked was also spacious, and they tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Oh, and you absolutely have to try the fried chicken across from the main entrance downstairs – it was unexpectedly delicious!

Definitely five stars! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the thoughtful service. The front desk lady had a sweet smile and even proactively upgraded my room. The room offered a great view, and the cleanliness was impeccable, especially the bathroom – the wet/dry separation was excellent, and there were no odors whatsoever. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, which significantly improved my sleep quality. The drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary, a detail that really added to the experience! Highly recommend to anyone who values quality of life.
