Hotel dengan Bar di Heidenheim an der Brenz

Decent Hotel in an ‘outskirts’ location with ample parking and good breakfast. Our guest room was large and clean, but sadly had a ‘connecting door’ to the neighbouring room, where a family had a rally unhappy toddler. This kept us from sleeping until 4AM. Upon check-out, I asked for a reduction in the EUR 139 room charge. The receptionist remarked that I should have involved them during the night (what would they have done about a crying toddler, one wonders...), and since I didn’t -- all they could offer, exceptionally, was a EUR 20 reduction. I was too tired to argue... At least they tried, one might say. This was not the case for honouring their promise “Late check-out is available free of charge on Sundays until 17:00”, as stated on *********** where I had placed my reservation. Similarly, the hotel hadn't bothered to adjust their listing on that web site, which advertises the enjoyment of the adjacent Hellensteinbad Aquarena leisure centre, without noting that this facility is closed because of Corona (they tell you -- but only after you book). All in all, a sleepless night for all the wrong reasons.

Das Hotel liegt am Schlossberg in Heidenheim. Direkt daneben ist das Congresszentrum. Gegenüber ist das Naturtheater und der Wildpark ist auch nicht weit. Auch zum Schloss ist es nicht weit. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten die Residenzsuite , diese ist sehr geräumig und auch geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt hier viel Stauraum. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß. Die Matratzen sind super, man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und für jeden was dabei. Geschmacklich, wie qualitativ sehr gut. Das Abendessen im Schlossrestaurant war super. Geschmacklich wie qualitativ sehr gut. Die Portionen sind auch nicht gerade klein. Das Ambiente ist auch wunderschön. Hier wird mit Liebe gekocht und das schmeckt man. Auch ist das gesamte Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier ist ein tolles Team am Start. Man kann sich hier sehr wohlfühlen und sich verwöhnen lassen.
