I can highly recommend the Golden Tulip in Helmond, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, fresh produce and good coffee - thoroughly enjoyed my stay

De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Wij hadden een bad en een douche op de kamer.

I stayed 3 nights at the Golden Tulip for business. Comfortable basic room and great breakfast. My only dislike was the air conditioning only worked when you room key was inserted and my room never really cooled down because it would get so hot during the day while I was at work. I had a balcony so opening the door in the evenings helped cool the room down. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We found the hotel excellent. Room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast had a great selection of warm and cold foods. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and organised. Having seen previous reviews maybe in summer months there maybe noise at night but in December during our stay this was minimal. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again, no problem

My wife and my daughter stayed at “Golden Tulip Hotel West-Ende”Helmond for 4 nights in October 2023; as per the title of the review, they were both most disappointed with everything at this Hotel, rather unprofessional organisation. Rude and unwelcoming receptionists and staff, everything in the room including the bedding were very dusty, bathroom was dirty and smelly. Mr. S from Ascot, UK

lovely hotel ,i have stayed there a few times while working in helmond ,came with wife for weekend ,service a bit slow in garden but not a issue ,would recommend

The worst stay I ever had in years. Room was extreme dirty. Bathroom not cleaned, bugs in bed!

Great location! Right across from town’s main area and the castle. Very walkable. Grocery stores, market days, small local mall, mini zoo, lots restaurants, even a Michellin star restaurant! Great staff! Super helpful and friendly! The food and drink are great! Very reasonable. The property is old and lack of maintenance, lights don’t work, fridges are not cold, stinky dishwasher, the vents above the stove don’t work and super dirty, dark, drains don’t work very well, water is green and smells, small old thin towels, falling apart carpets, all the rooms smell musty, rooms facing the main street is super noisy till 4 am, parking spaces are very tight. But the rooms are relatively big.

Great hotel central location. We had a room at side of hotel so wasn't that noisy. Staff go out of their way to help you. We only had breakfast in hotel but there was lovely plenty of choice. Rooms very clean. Would stay again. Walk across the road to bars restaurants and shops.

A great hotel with very nice staff and delicious food. Lots of parking space and a great bar where we had an assortment of beers and wines. The meat was really good and the deserts were of first class quality🔝

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We were delighted to arrive and find we had a duplex room on the 7th floor - unfortunately the air con was terrible, made quite a lot of noise and didn’t cool the room down at all which meant we needed the window open all night. In the middle of the town that’s not the formula for a good night’s sleep! Friendly staff, good restaurant and in terms of overall quality a nice hotel.
