Don’t ever book this on Trip! If you want to stay here, book it on its official website instead because there is no front desk as you will receive a code for you to check in instead. I had to make a roaming international call to get my PIN code because Trip didn’t send it to me and it cost me €16 to make that call, not to mention the confusion and hassle.
