This was my second visit to this hotel so you can see that this hotel makes you come back. Hotel has really good swimmingpool, saunas and gym. Everybody are nice to you, breakfast is good, superior rooms are really nice and there is lot of parking space. Bus to centre goes near by. I can suggest this to everybody who want to have more peaceful hotel with swimming pool and good gym. There is also forest park next to the hotel if you wanna hike a little.

This was my first visit to Finland (many to Europe). I cannot say enough good about this hotel, the staff, the service. While I consider myself a low maintenance guy, this staff was there to provide recommendations, guidance, assistance and insights at every turn. I troubled you for ice each night (thank you front desk staff). The room was spacious. Clean. Location was amazing. Breakfast was - in a word - outstanding. If you are not satisfied with this hotel, this service, then I would be at a loss to say what could meet your expectations. I may be back to Finland in a few months for work, and I will not even be looking for a different hotel - I will be staying here. You should too. Management - please commend your staff for exceptional customer service.

This place hands down is an absolutely unique experience on its own, to voluntarily stay in a prison haha. The staff was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful with any requests we had. We were staying there to celebrate New Year's Eve and they recommend it lots of great places to go. The hotel/ prison itself was amazing just to be in. The restaurant downstairs had exceptional food for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely stay longer on our next vacation. The hotel is within walking distance to the center of the city as well as the Capitol building. The location is perfect if you want to celebrate New Year's Eve festivities which are held in the plaza outside of the Capitol building. Unforgettable time!

Small room with a beautiful view. The toilet even has a bidet. They managed to pack a lot of things in the room including a huge TV.

評價裏大部分人都給出了不好的印象，一開始我也比較緊張，衹訂了一天，如果這一晚的體驗很差的話就再去別的地方住，但是事實證明這是一個不錯的地方，緊挨碼頭和教堂，步行三分鐘即可到達一個很多輕軌都停靠的站台。我第一天因為身體不適所以麻煩前台小哥給了我一個偏僻的房間，他還貼心的給了我耳塞，但是那晚非常安靜。而且浴室裏也有沐浴露和護髮素。第二天我去前台詢問價格想要續住，意外發現現場預訂的價格比trip上的高出不少。酒店大廳寬敞安靜，有等候可用的座椅以及行李儲存區。唯一需要注意的一點是窗簾並非完全遮光，如果睡眠質量差建議你帶一個眼罩。
