I found the Crowne Plaza to be immaculate. It's about the price of one of the UK's hotel chains but vastly more for your money. Free WiFi, wonderful room with personalised TV with built in Chromecast. I loved both Helsinki and the Crowne Plaza. Really friendly and helpful staff. I had a nice chat with the cleaners.

外の広いテラスでのんびりでき、　レセプションのホスピタリティも非常に良い。朝食の質も非常に良く物価・外食が べらぼうに高いスカンジナヴィアに於いてはホテルの朝食でしっかり栄養を摂るのがベスト。 一つだけ難点を挙げるとフィンランドのホテル全般に言えることだが、シャワーの扉の下が空いているので、最初は 知らずに扉の外側に足ふきタオルを置いていたらビショ濡れ。 足ふきタオルはシャワー室の外に出して置いてシャワーを浴びた方が良い。

This place hands down is an absolutely unique experience on its own, to voluntarily stay in a prison haha. The staff was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful with any requests we had. We were staying there to celebrate New Year's Eve and they recommend it lots of great places to go. The hotel/ prison itself was amazing just to be in. The restaurant downstairs had exceptional food for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely stay longer on our next vacation. The hotel is within walking distance to the center of the city as well as the Capitol building. The location is perfect if you want to celebrate New Year's Eve festivities which are held in the plaza outside of the Capitol building. Unforgettable time!

酒店非常好，環境非常好，但酒店有些舊，向海景的房間風景非常優美，但因忘記booked 有早餐，早餐30歐元一位，有些貴！

Very nice hotel with sky bar/lounge, and particularly gym, outdoor swimming pool and sauna on the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was intercontinental, with a large variety of foods and drinks. Food was fresh and tasty, and well suited for Nordic taste as well as Asian taste. As for the room, generally fine and comfy, but because of the success of this hotel the rooms become a little worn out… my was fine though.

Kemudahan bilik adalah sekitar tingkat empat bintang, dan lobi baik-baik saja. Sarapannya sedap. Bilik double bed dengan dua sarapan hanya lebih dari 700 RMB. Lokasinya juga sangat dekat dengan pusat bandar. Perlu sepuluh minit berjalan kaki ke Kamppi, yang sangat bagus👍

出差住，還不錯，價格適中。緊挨着阿爾特大學，安靜。衛生間小，床很軟，一樓餐廳可以吃早飯（11點結束）和晚飯（小貴），附近很多人開車來吃晚飯。酒店出門對麪就是一條河，早上可以跑步（俺是沒跑），停車免費，酒店旁邊200米還有一個超大停車場也可以免費停。可以去大學附近吃飯，也可以駕車10分鐘到Iso omena商場裡邊有兩家中餐館去吃，noodle story（麵餃子餛飩）更實惠味道超好吃。我們連吃了五天都沒膩。商場裏有好幾個大型超市可以買東西。

We arrived late in the evening from Berlin and had next day May Day lunch with our friends in Helsinki city center. The hotel is conveniently located at Helsinki Central Station. So there is easy transportation by train from the airport. Our plane landed at 21:55 and already at 22:50, we entered our hotel room. Trains via Myyrmäki arrive at this side of the station where the hotel is located. We had booked a standard room with my IHG points. Because of my IHG Platinum Elite status, we were upgraded to a top-floor standard room. Previously these rooms were executive rooms with bathrobes and better toiletries. Not anymore. So there has been some downgrade concerning the room equipment. The rooms are not very spacious but practical. The views from the top-floor rooms are great. Breakfast is never included in the point reservations at IHG hotels unless there is a lounge where you have access. At this hotel, breakfast costs 21 euros per person. It is slightly better than the usual Scandic or Sokos Hotel breakfast in Finland. So maybe it is worth the price.

Lokasi yang sempurna, pemandangan indah di bandar. Bilik yang baik dan bersih. Bas ke dan dari lapangan terbang hanya bertentangan dengan hotel, juga metro, dan banyak kedai yang lazat.

整體都很滿意了，服務人員的態度超級Nice，女生都很漂亮和耐看，芬蘭的姑娘好像都好看，就是早餐的選擇有的少，估計和北歐人節約環保意識有關，咖啡管飽，酸奶暢飲，樓下就是商業體，購物方便，步行到芬蘭大教堂、設計博物館等景點衹有20分鐘以內。
