No electrics working on side of wall which meant the TV, light, kettle, hairdryer not working. This was probably due to the table lamp exposed wires visible and is a health & Safety issue Complained to customer service but as usual got fobbed off even though I reported it to reception.

We stayed as part of the Harry Potter Studio Tour deal. It’s fantastic value! Parking is included in the package. Two adults and two children in one room. A double bed and a sofa bed (a bit springy but doable for one night). The hotel staff were really friendly. We booked to use the pool which was great. Breakfast was really fresh, plenty of options to choose from and well organised. We opted to go for dinner at The Plough which is a few minutes drive away and would also recommend eating there. A really good trip ☺️
