首先我要特別感謝管家倩羽，她為我解決了非常多的問題，我是坐高鐵來的衡陽，因為帶了小孩子，提前致電酒店可不可以接送，電話是管家倩羽接到的，她馬上添加我的微信，詢問我的行程，本來我的訂單是不含接送的，管家倩羽特意給我們申請，包括我姐姐後面訂房需要接站也是管家倩羽在申請溝通，真的非常熱情周到。到酒店之後管家倩羽馬上迎過來給我拉行李，把我們帶到沙發區休息，她拿着我們的身份證幫忙辦理入住，當然酒店前台小姐姐小哥哥們服務也非常熱情，辦理入住專業。房間的設計也是非常特殊，環境優美，設施設備齊全，床單是灰色的非常温馨，有家的感覺。下午還去茶吧喝了下午茶，味道可口。早餐和夜宵也非常不錯，衞生也是無可挑剔。強烈推薦！！！
