There is no elevator in the area where the suite is located, which would be troublesome if you have a lot of luggage. However, other facilities are complete and the service is quite adequate to meet all your needs. There are restaurants, supermarkets and attractions nearby, within walking distance. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but there are indeed people singing and dancing in the park next to it all day long. The only deduction is the environmental noise. Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, friends who have poor sleep quality still need to be mentally prepared.

房間味道特別大，酒店除了讓我們開門開窗，沒有其他解決辦法。
酒店位置不錯，石鼓書院走路大概1公里，還可以直接去西湖公園散步，對面希朵曼麪包店的蛋撻非常好吃，附近還有“回家吃飯”，“家有小味”等幾家當地特色餐廳，就是太太太辣了。

住二樓湖景房2208，窗外景色優美，秋意盎然，陽光明媚，房間不大，房價適中，樓下的西湖公園適合散步，但人比較多，跑步的話跑不開，有時喇叭音樂比較嘈雜。夜間休息還是很安靜的。早餐綠葉蔬菜比較少。茶吧抽煙人太多，烏煙瘴氣。酒店提供免費洗衣，也有一個公共晾曬衣服的空間，適合多住幾天。

去桂林路過衡陽選了這家西湖山莊。房間乾淨。18點多鐘問前台有吃的嗎？回覆有。去時就整個餐廳就我家3人。但服務員説你點我們做。服務非常棒。價格也不高。
