Brenda and her staff are the friendliest, most accommodating team, and all around great people. Hotel is a bit worn around the edges but bed was so comfortable. Breakfast is a bit light on protein but they all go out of their way to take care of you. Minutes away from the airport so a great place to stay if you have to come in the day before.

The front desk staff were very nice and efficient. The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. Good location for being close to the airport, you will hear some planes flying over, but generally quiet. It was a bit worn in the hall and elevator, a little dark in the parking area. I did not make use of the pool or dining.

where to begin?? DO NOT book here unless you have no where else to go. however if you must spend a night you will be welcomed by a warm musty aroma and a dim depressing lobby. Only one elevator is working and has been that way, according to other reviews for as many as 3 months. The carpet on the third floor was completely soaked through as went sloshing to our room. apparently its because the guests have the audacity to use the AC in the summer. our pillows were 12x12- certainly not standard sized. our television did not work, our room phone did not work. the sheets appeared to be clean so that is a plus. the breakfast area was full of gnats and flies. LOTS of gnats and flies- there also seemed to be non paying members of society that are known to come in and just get their breakfast and coffee for free. from a safety standpoint that worried me with my children. the pool is less than stellar, and im not quite sure it is even up to safe water levels. one of our rooms smelled like dog/animal urine. absolutely disgusting. one of our rooms had two holes that looked like they had been drilled from the wall to the outside which could let in flies and bees. one room had a a leaking toilet but the only alternative was another room with a urine stench. the front desk clerk referred to this place as ” a jankety-ass hotel” and I couldn't agree more. our group spent one night here and checked out as fast as we could the next day, moving to another hotel.

We have had many great experiences with IHG hotels but this property was traumatic for all of us. First of all, the side entrance door was always propped open with a rock, allowing anyone to enter without a key card. We kept moving the rock and closing the door, and someone kept putting it back. Groups of drunk men were loitering by the door by the gazebo, and walking the hotel hallways. At night, while doing laundry, we observed people doing donuts in the parking lot and then entered the propped open door of the hotel, walking the halls, then exiting quickly. Very scary for a mother with small children! The laundry room door was always unlocked when we went to do laundry, and it was located next to this unsecured exterior door. When we booked our stay, we made sure we had a full kitchen. However our room had a large open space with no table or chairs. Our children had to eat on the carpet, balancing their plates on their laps. We started to report our concerns to the front desk but we overheard the clerk yelling at another guest saying ”if anyone else reports their A/C has gone out just tell them to get a fan!” So we did not feel it was safe to ask for a table. We saw a room across from ours had a table and chairs, and the booking photo advertised that one should have been there in that open space. We stayed 3 nights and had no access to room service. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket, which they provided, however it was dirty with a blood stain on it. Thankfully there is a laundry area and I was able to wash it before giving it to my child. I cannot recommend this property to anyone and honestly it should not carry the IHG name. I do not enjoy giving it such a terrible review, but I want to honestly warn people, especially families with children.
