Only stayed one night and there was a large group there.
This large group took over the whole place.
In the TV area where the lounge was filled with loud adults and kids.
We headed to our room about 8:30 that evening after going out to have a quieter time.
The kids were knocking on the door as they were running up and down the hall way, yes, the parents didn't stop them.
I thought surely this will calm down by 12 midnight.
Well I was wrong, this when on until 3:09AM in the hallway people running talking while going up and down the hallway. Then the groups out side in front of the hotel talking loud..
It was so loud you thought it was in the room. We left the TV on to see if that helped, it didn't.
The front desk should have done something to stop this behavior.
I was a paying guest also.
Very disappointed.
I told the young guy who checked me out and he said they had had trouble with them all week.
So I had to pay $ 200.00 to stay there and not sleep. The front desk should have stopped the group from disturbing the other guest.
I was very upset and very tried there next morning.
I all I got was I am sorry, they are leaving today.

As Diamond Elite members of IHG, we travel lots. We've actually stayed at this hotel many times, since it is so close to the Richmond airport. The staff is wonderful and enjoy working together. They treat us well and usually give us an upgrade because of our status. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this time the hotel seemed to be behind on maintenance. (Our house is also behind on maintenance right after the holidays, so we understand. However, this is a business, and the fees/points are rather expensive.) The blinds in the suites are operated by a device on the wall. However, it did not work in our first room and also in the second room they moved us too. At that point we didn't want to move again, so we just put up with it. There was no way to manually operate the blinds as a backup. There was no maintenance staff on the property to fix this situation. One of the TVs didn't work due to a power outage, but they told us how to fix it, and their directions worked. We will stay there again since it is close to the airport and the staff is so nice.

The front desk staff and bistro staff were amazing - helpful, courteous, and quick! Now...onto the hotel itself: This place is NOT up to Marriott standards - I cannot and will not believe it is. Yes the lobby seems updated and modern, but the rest of this hotel is definitely screaming ”1990”. This must've been one of the original Courtyard concepts back in the day OR was an old hotel they bought and slapped a Courtyard sign out front. Rooms are small, dated furniture, and make shift layout (TV to the side of the bed - not in front). This place is a maze...all jokes aside. There is no main lobby elevator/access to the 2nd or 3rd floors. No....you have to walk all the way down a very long hallway, then turn left and walk some more down another hallway, until you come up on the elevator!?! The amount of hotel guests I ran into who were lost (myself included) trying to find the elevator from the lobby and vice versa, should be a clear sign this layout is awful. Room was comfy and quiet (mine faced the rear parking lot) and I had enough towels and all for a 2 day stay for work. Did have a frig - but NO microwave. Last complaint - breakfast. Isn't Marriott membership supposed to give free breakfast? I got a basic (but really tasty) breakfast + Pelligrino = $23???

After a long drive, I was greeted with warm hospitality from Mark. He answered all of my questions about the local hospital and made sure I had everything to make my stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness and super nice people!

Kami mendapat harga yang hebat tetapi saya memilih 1 Raja berbanding 2 Ratu secara tidak sengaja. Mereka kami sangat gembira dan sila menukar bilik tanpa kos kepada kami.
Apabila kami sampai di bilik kami, pelekat terpasang di pintu kami menunjukkan bilik itu telah dibersihkan dan tiada sesiapa pun yang masuk. Katilnya besar, mewah dan sangat bersih. Saya tidur seperti bayi. Bilik itu juga sangat bersih dan A/C mengepam keluar udara sejuk. Bilik itu bersih, tenang dan sejuk. Kami sangat menikmatinya!

PPengguna TetamuI wanted to write this review for anyone who is looking for a good ADA accessible room, because this one is better than average. First of all, the room was located on the second floor, and is close to the elevator, so it is very easy to get in and out. The room was one of the few designated accessible rooms that I felt deserved that designation. The doorways were wide enough, the room was large enough that someone in a wheelchair or scooter could turn in, and actually get a wheelchair between the beds. There was sufficient turning radius into the bathroom, and enough room in the bathroom to turn around. This room did not have a roll-in shower, but the edges of the tub were low enough, and there were two bars (at different levels) on all three sides, as well as a fold-down shower seat. Given the overall quality of this accessible room, I hate to quibble, but there was one big issue and one small one, so in the spirit of trying to make a good thing better, I am going to mention them. The big quibble was the height of the bed. The beds were not just high, but VERY high. Beautiful linens, great pillows, nice mattresses--if you could get in them. I asked for a step stool, but they didn't have one. I ended up McGyvering a step stool out of some books, and that worked for me. But, if you have to transfer directly from a chair to the bed, I can't imagine how you would do it without help. Just lowering one of the beds would make this room practically perfect. The one other tiny quibble was the location of the soap and shampoo in the shower. It was high up on the back wall of the tub, too high for me to reach. That was more easily managed, but putting that lower in an ADA room (or providing old-fashioned travel size soap and shampoo in ADA rooms) would make it even nicer.

The key to any brand is consistency and this property is clearly falling short, mainly in the area of service. Digital key didn't work at check-in. Young woman at front desk said, ”It hasn't worked in weeks.” No ”sorry,” no care whatsoever. (For frequent travelers, the digital key, and being able to skip being processed at the front desk, is the main reason to stay with the brand.) There was no shampoo in the guest room, for example, and so, after a long day of travel, I went to the front desk to ask for some. The front desk person looked around, couldn't find any, and, after several minutes of looking, handed me some shampoo from another brand, something that looked like she grabbed it from the lost & found drawer. Again, no ”sorry,” no care, no ”Would you like some sent up to your room tomorrow?” Same lack of care when I asked for my rate to be adjusted to my company's corporate rate: ”I can't do that. My manager has to do that.” No ”sorry for the inconvenience,” no ”let us make it easier on you on I'll leave a note and have the manager do it for you tomorrow,” nothin'. She didn't even have the energy to say, ”Come back tomorrow,” which would have been annoying, but at least better than the blank stare of ”sucks to be you” that I received. Got the same attitude from the front desk in subsequent days when I asked for decaf coffee. And again when I asked for a check-out time of Noon. No one ever asked, not once, ”how's your stay?” or ”Is there anything else we can do for you?” Staff needs basic, basic customer service training where smiling is step one in the formula. My refrigerator in the room was broken, but I didn't dare tell anyone. I couldn't bare another indifferent response. The room itself was clean, but a bit beat and the mattress sloped downward toward the headboard in an uncomfortable way. As I said, not a great representative of the Hampton or Hilton brand.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was conveniently located about 10 mins from the airport and close to food and shops perfect for a short visit. For the price and the room I think you get a great deal especially in the surrounding area, stayed in the one bedroom king suite which is setup like a cozy one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, dining bar, living room area, bathroom outside of the bedroom and the bedroom with king bed. Room was clean and setup was as pictured only complaints are the elevators are broken so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and the phones in room don’t work, and there is no service attendant to bring you extra towels or linen you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Staff was pleasant, check in was seamless and so is check out would stay again

PPengguna TetamuIt’s very funky, but the service is good. This place is literally for construction workers and truck drivers who are taking a break or something. But it’s a decent price and has whatever you need. Best to upgrade to the suite with the couch. You don’t want to be stuck in that little room.
