Hotel berhampiran Plastic Ocean - (Kunstweg ＂Kunst-Klima - Klima-Kunst＂), Heppenheim

Online-Buchung direkt im Hotel und nicht über Buchungsplattformen. Daher war der erste Drink pro Person Gratis. Danke! Ein kurzfristige Umbuchung von einem zu einem anderen Wochenende war problemlos möglich. Aufgrund der heissen Sommertage war das Zimmer in der Nacht sehr aufgewärmt. Das geöffnete Fenster brachte erfolgreiche Abkühlung. Das Frühstück (nicht im Preis inbegriffen) war reichhaltig und vielseitig. An einem Kaffeeautomat hinter der Reception kann jederzeit Kaffee geholt werden.

We (my kids and me) met a friend (also with a kid) at the hotel. Very functional and clean hotel. Very near the Miramar (thats why we choose it). The prices of the food in the restaurant are relatively high and there are no kids-menus (at least we didnt find any in the overview in the internet, that offered the menu). But the staff is very patient with the kids (we have to call them twice in two days because of a problem with the roomsafe, caused by my kids). And the roomservice-staff was also very kind.

We stopped in this super friendly hotel on our way to Italy. We had two connecting rooms. It was a nice solution for us because we were travelling with our small kids. I need to give complements to Henrik from the reception, he was very friendly during our check in and recommended us a very nice Mexican restaurant just a round the corner from the hotel. Rooms, beds and bathrooms were super clean!!!! Great job to Housekeeping team 🤩 Breakfast was super tasty with a lot of choices of good food. We will be back next week on our way back to Amsterdam. This was a last minute booking owing to a campsite not existing; it's easier to find a local hotel than a nearby campsite which could be miles away! We used *********** to locate a nearby hotel and this was not only the nearest but also the cheapest, possibly owing to it being a last minute booking. We had only one problem and that was getting into the place because it's not staffed all the time and it was Sunday early evening. There was a clear message advising us to ring a number which we did twice but there was no answer. Fortunately some other guests came out of the hotel at this moment and they tried ringing the number and got through. Problem solved and so began a very pleasant stay after this initial hiccup. The room, although hot, was provided with a very adequate fan; it was basic but clean and modern. The bathroom was the same. We had a good night in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning - included in the price - was the highlight. Everything you could possibly want was available and there was plenty of it. The manager was present and he was most helpful. We explained the issues we had had getting in the previous evening and he apologised saying that the receptionist at the hotel we called must have been temporarily away from his post. We also had problems getting items out of the machine in the foyer and he explained that heat can cause this machine not to work, so he gave us a couple of items free from it as compensation. Altogether, despite minor setbacks, we would recommend this hotel.

That's a great place to stay of you want to visit Manhaim and Heidelberg. The breakfast was excellent and the personnel very supportive. It is at a very good location, just at the city centre with many options for food and nice walks.

Das Hotel kann mit Qualitäten glänzen wie kein Anderes. Zumal darf man bei einer Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass eine Stehlampe funktioniert, von 50 Prozent ausgehen. Des Weiteren wiesen die Handtücher nicht nur Flecken und Löcher, sondern auch einen köstlichen Duft von Arsch auf. Neben der architektonischen Missgestaltung des Hauses, besaß mein Bad eine stilistisch, klug, falsch eingesetzte Fliese. Ebenfalls traf ich, in diesem 10.000 cm^2 Bad, auf zwei weitere wunderschöne Überraschungen. Zum Einen durfte ich eine nutzlose, herausgeschraubte Armatur begutachten, zum Anderen traf ich in der Dusche auf vereinzelte entzückende Schimmelkolonien, welche mir ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zauberten. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat war ich erleichtert, dass ich nicht der Einzige mit einem Schaden bin, sondern auch die Wand meines Zimmers erquickte mich mit einem vorzüglichen Wasserschaden. Zugute kam dem Hotel einen, an meine Stube angeschlossenen Balkon, welcher mir einen Ausblick des Grauens bescherte. Denn der Innenhof, auf den ich blicken durfte, war von einer durchgehenden Grundbeschissenheit ausgestattet. Aber nicht nur negative Aspekte beschatten das Hotel, sondern auch ein einziger guter, nämlich das Personal. Dieses wies eine überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit auf, welche wahrscheinlich auf einer regelmäßigen Drogeneinnahme basiert. Durch die liebevollen Worte „ Danke Bruderherz“ des Personals und der wahrscheinlichen Drogenabhängigkeit, schließe ich auf einen Wohnsitz nahe des Frankfurter Hauptbahnhofs. So kann ich dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen, zumindest jedem der von seinen niedrigen Erwartungen enttäuscht werden möchte. Vielen Dank Best Western!

Very comfortable hotel with an outstanding hot and cold breakfast buffet. Quiet. Clean. My only complaint is a weak wifi signal. Location about 23 minute walk to hbf, 20 minutes to Louisenplatz. Grocery and drug store 5 minute walk. CNN on tv.

Old hotel style but very good maintenance Family room is spacious and comfort for 3 adults Location is very strategic Hotel gives complementary water which it is very surprising me for the whole journey of my travel with my family Quite clean and very neat.
