Infesté de cafards… Lors de notre séjour de 4 jours, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir la présence de cafards ! Bien que l’on nous ait changés de chambre (on accepte de vous changer de chambre pour cette raison mais quand je demande une chambre PMR on me la refuse!), la seconde se trouve être dans le même état : dans la salle de bain, la chambre, sur les murs, le plafond, les cafards rampent et se faufilent dans des endroits inaccessibles… pour notre plus grand malheur ! Et que dire de la réaction du personnel ? À l’accueil, on nie en bloc, ce sont des « insectes de la forêt », le personnel n’hésite pas à manipuler le corps inanimé de l’insecte avec désinvolture pour nous prouver que nous avons tort. On nous explique qu’un cafard « c’est gros », aussi gros que votre déni visiblement… car il n’y a pas plus de cafard « type » qu’il n’y a d’humain « type »… Au service client on nous propose 75€ de dédommagement… en bon d’achat valable dans les Campanile ! Merci bien ! L’hygiène est également à revoir, et la douche fuite tant et si bien qu’on se croyait dans une piscine !

First let me say it was a wonderful visit: Now, Let’s start with the negatives and get them out of the way. The AC is centrally controlled by the hotel. That’s not good at all! The shower has no edge around it and there is no door, so the water just pours out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. WHAT THE HOLY HECK???!!! We solved the problem by pointing the shower head down and towards the back wall. That’s fine for my 5’ 4” small wife, but I am 6 foot two and I could barely get under the showerhead enough to take a shower. This was very weird. We also rolled up towels and built a little hill or dam/ barrier around the outer edge of the shower stall. Ok, now the good: the room was huge compared to what you’d normally find in Paris (or France for that matter). Our window faced out over the circle below and had great views. It’s close to anything you’d need. The train station was within walking distance. Parking was inside and secure and reasonably priced. Joseph at the front desk was AMAZING and very very helpful. Can’t say enough about how awesome he was. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Très bel hôtel, très bien tenu et avec un service exceptionnel : ma femme et moi y avons fait notre brunch de lendemain mariage, nous avons pu privatiser la belle salle de restaurant pour y accueillir nos invités, ma famille a pu loger là-bas et était très contente de son séjour. Un hôtel à l'image de Maisons-Laffitte : c'est calme, vert, agréable, et les parties communes sont lumineuses, pourvues d'un billard, d'une guitare, d'un piano... Bravo ! On reviendra prendre le super petit-déjeuner et nos familles reviendront y loger.

Très bonne qualité de prestations pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. Petite chambre impeccable avec une bonne literie, une télé et de quoi se faire un café/thé/tisane. Personnel aimable. Salle de bain très correcte (avec sèche cheveux) et d'une propreté irréprochable. Parking sécurisé. L'autoroute à proximité immédiate ne s'entend presque pas. Un petit coup de peinture sur l'escalier et la rampe d'accès rendrait l'accès aux chambres plus sympa. Petit-déjeuner non testé.

Mention Très bien pour cet hôtel. Tout d'abord grâce à l'accueil de Fanny, très aimable depuis le premier contact par téléphone pour la réservation, jusqu'au service du repas du soir. Une vraie humanité se dégage de cette personne qui a vraiment le sens de l'accueil et du service client. Une perle dont on espère que la Direction de l'hôtel a bien conscience. Le repas du soir était très bon, dans des tarifs globalement inférieurs au restaus du coin. La literie est bonne et la chambre était très propre, et le chauffage efficace en ce mois de janvier. Un bon Wifi en 100 mBits/s symétrique, c'est un vrai plus. Rien à redire, qu'ils continuent ainsi.
