Amazing property and service I am repeatedly enjoying

Отличный отель великолепно,начиная от приезда в отель и заканчивая и завтраками и спа и набережной и рестораном.Все вежливые и очень доброжелательные.В номерах есть всё.А хотите покататься берите велосипед и пожалуйста... В пешей доступности (кто любит гулять) в принципе можно дойти в горошек до Строго города.А вечером с удовольствием пройтись по набережной.

非常好的酒店

We stayed for 11 nights in May 2024 in a sea view room with balcony booked through Easyjet Holidays and we were allocated a top floor (4th floor) room with a beautiful view. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough - everything about it is beautiful, well designed and immaculately kept. Service is truly five star - very professional yet relaxed and friendly. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary during our stay and we were left a lovely bottle of wine and freshly made treats in the room to help us celebrate. The rooms were cleaned like magic twice a day when possible, with water replenished daily. Also a nice kettle and coffee machine in the room. The vibe of the hotel was relaxing and peaceful, with very high standards. The beach is currently being refurbished (having a new outdoor pool built) which will be fab when completed (mid July I believe?) but until then there are speedboats awaiting to whisk you to the beautiful beach at the millionaire's playground that is Portonovi (don't worry drinks and food at the beach are reasonably priced!). The hotel spa/indoor pool area is beautiful and has a beautiful place to sunbathe outside also. In the spa area in the basement there is a jacuzzi, hot tub, 2 saunas at different temperatures, a steam room, a hammam, a salt room and heated relaxation beds all free of charge for hotel guests to use. We went in twice and both times we were the only people in there! Breakfast buffet is daily in the new building, for those in the upper floors there's a different lift to take down to breakfast. It's in a lovely room and the food is probably the best quality continental breakfast I've had. Don't go expecting a full English breakfast as you aren't in England! What you will get (alongside the meats, cheeses etc) are different specialities everyday, different salads every day and different bakery and patisserie items every day all made from scratch in house. Hot drinks and fresh squeezed juices are served to table, along with any special egg orders or omelettes. The lovely supervisor Ana remembered our room number every day and was always doing checks around every table that everything is OK. The two restaurants Rosemarine and Augusto both serve food of the finest quality with the service (and price tag) to match but I can assure you it is worth every penny. On the bank holidays they put on live folk music (4 piece band) which was lovely. The food in Rosemarine would be worthy of a Michelin star. I can also recommend the Sushi set menu, the restaurant has a specialist sushi chef! There are several other local restaurants, supermarkets and a bakery in the vicinity also. The hotel has pedal bikes and E bikes available to hire, there's a lovely pedestrian promenade running for several miles to Herceg Novi and beyond. I can recommend getting a local bus from near the hotel to Herceg Novi, a few (uphill) stops along, then your walk back is all downhill through the old town. We hired a car through the hotel for 4

First visit and not last .From the breakfast team led by Ana, it was a pleasure to come to breakfast. Great selection on offer very friendly and nothing to much trouble. The reception staff of Doria , Gabriela,Teodora, and Katarina so helpful with information on resort and area busses taxis etc always a smile and hello. And to the housekeeping team who serviced Room 404 they were amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean and always a smile and a good morning. Left a lovely note, wishing me happy birthday . Teodora, the boat captain who shuttled you from Marina to Portonovi was an absolute delight.

We had an amazing 7 nights at the Lazure Marina - super relaxing experience! The spa is to an incredible standard of even your most expensive stand alone spas and was incredibly clean. All restaurants were great, with Rosemarine being our favourite. Food was a little pricey but you get what you pay for as the quality was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of choice too, which was nice in the mornings. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the fantastic shower pressure does not go unnoticed and is often my sticking point at other hotels! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. For example, the beach was closed during our stay but the boat shuttles and complimentary use of the beach club in Portonovi expanded our Montenegro horizons. We loved it

We had an amazing experience. Very attentive service throughout the stay. Very good ratio of number of staff at the beach. The beach is beautiful, water very nice to swim in. Not too busy. We always found it easy to get sunbeds. Room quality is very high. We stayed in the contemporary building where rooms are very modern. Great AC and bathrooms. Super clean. Balcony had wonderful views. Food is fantastic at both restaurants. Spa is great. Nothing we can fault. We had a great stay overall. It was also just nice and chill and didn’t feel busy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel set in a very pretty marina. The breakfast was delicious, the best we have ever experienced abroad! The coffee machine in the room was an extra added bonus, constantly topped up. The cleaners where amazing, it was almost like they had magic wands as they where in and out so quickly. You never saw them but they had the place spotless. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Herceg Novi along a coastal path which takes you right into the old town. Once you get to the statue you will see a yellow coffee shop and the stairs to the left take you into the centre. There is a lot to explore in the old town. At the top where kanli kula is you will find the bus station and can get a local bus to Kotor which takes about a hour and ten minutes. We wanted to do a few tours but unfortunately it was the end of the season so not much on offer. The weather was a pleasant surprise though. We had 3 days of blue sky and temperatures of 23-25. Two days of rain and two days of clouds and light showers. The best thing about going at the end of the season was just how quiet it was. We had the pool and spa to ourselves on a few occasions and everyone was so attentive to us. We really enjoyed it here and will be recommending it to all our friends and family.

Sometimes you need something to go wrong to fully experience the service and attitude of staff. In our case a large ceiling light fitting dropped off in the middle of the night onto the bed. You can imagine the shock! We didn’t need any assistance but in the morning several staff came to view the issue. We were checking out at 8.30am so we could have done without all the extra activity going on - it wasn’t the best way to end our 3 night stay. However, Teodara went above and beyond to try and rebalance this experience with breakfast quickly ordered and delivered to our apartment and checking out swiftly. Teodara even went and got two of our favourite almond croissants, before the bakery had opened, running to our taxi to drop them off. Thank you! All staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The accommodation was first class - we could have stayed a lot longer but had to return to London. Food and facilities were excellent - particularly Baguetteria. We both had a 75 minute relax massage. Unfortunately the treatment room my wife was in, it was next to the gym so could hear lots of noise and weights crashing. When we mentioned this the staff said they knew but because they were full they had to use. I would recommend that treatment room isn’t used at all!! Sort out sound proofing or don’t use! Compensation came in the form of two 25 min leg massages. It impacted our plans for the night - it would have been better to avoid but it is another example of reactive service of trying to put right something that went wrong. Putting these two issues aside and the fact building works were in progress on a new outside swimming pool area (didn’t know this before we went) I’d still give top marks and would recommend.

The complex is outstanding throughout with a calm relaxed atmosphere. Definitely go for a sea view room if possible but not an absolute as the hotel has numerous areas to relax and enjoy the views. Staff were exceptional in making our stay a great experience and the restaurants all served well prepared food. You are about a forty minute stroll along the shore to the Old Town with a few steps up to the town at the end (a taxi cost us €3). Overall a very safe area around the whole bay with great scenery…….. a bit like the Fjords with sunshine!

This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in - White Lotus-esque but without the madness! Absolutely stunning building, rooms and views. We ate in both restaurants and the food is exceptional. The breakfast is also second to none. The beach is fantastic - spacious layout of sun loungers and lovely little bar. Above all are the staff - every single member of the team are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The receptionists are so helpful and smiling non stop. The team at both restaurants made each meal so special. And the beach crew are just awesome - special shout out to Marko…such a legend. We’ll be back and 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

We stayed here for a week. The hotel is fantastically appointed. The room was huge, plush, the beds comfortbale with a fantastic bed and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and restaurants expensive but the food outstanding. There is a huge indoor pool and decking around it. Their own bwach is being renovated, but we were able to use the Novoport beach area, which is about a mile by speedboat. Very safe swimming area and attentive staff and free to get to. As with most great hotels, the main strength was the staff. They were attentive and helpful at all times. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and they arranged a bottle of fizz for our room and alovely dessert at the restaurant. You will not be disappointed if you stay. Mark Wright
