盧塞恩能找到酒店天花板了，在小鎮旁邊山路上去Burgenstock 三個酒店裡最好的 泳池和室外温泉超級棒。還有免費的小火車可以乘坐。禮賓會幫停好車，服務人員也很熱情。resort內的餐廳及酒吧 水準都很高。 酒店的房間也跟圖片相似，美中不足的是原來我們的房間被調整成了景色較差一點的房間。

Slow unmotivated Service with an attitude. Long time to wait to order and a long time to receive the drinks, just after complaining.....and the attitude came from the ”Chef de Service”. This was our second time in that bar and our last time. $.......................... Nothing else to add.................

First time at PALACE (... We used to stay at the main building). Positively surprised. Wonderfully refurbished rooms. Perfect mix of history and modernity. The balcony is highly valuable. The view is incredible. Direct spa connection. Perfect service. Dinner at Oak Grill was spectacular. Thanks a lot for this unforgettable experience! 💗

I have dreamt at staying at villa honegg for many years. It is not an inexpensive hotel so I really had to save up to get an opportunity to come here. Finally, I had the chance to come with 2 friends and was so excited. What I will say is that I have mixed reviews. Pros Beautiful location with spectacular views. It really is a pinch me moment overlooking the lake and the mountains, even on a cloudy day They were kind enough to let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late… more on this later. The included breakfast was really lovely. A lot of variety and you can fill yourself up. Plus it is available until 2pm They had a cinema that was so lovely to watch Netflix in. We had a great time watching a couple episodes of The Witcher Service was very good— we felt well taken care of and staff was very attentive. It wasn’t until check out that we hit a little bump Cons My biggest complaint is that they are not clear about the usage times of the spa. We were allowed in at 2pm on check in day but did not stipulate that we were not allowed back once we checked out. Nowhere on the website, not mentioned upon checkin, not mentioned on the tour of the facilities, not mentioned when asking for a late checkout. In fact, on the tour of the facilities, we were told breakfast was available for hotel guest until 2pm, so we assumed spa use would be the same. When we were checking out, we were planning to go for an hour before heading back in town, we were declined and everyone was shocked that we were shocked. We have all stayed at small boutique hotels before and we have never been declined use of the facilities once checked out. Marcel in management tried to explain but said we shouldn’t have made this assumption, which put a sour taste in our mouth. If breakfast is being served 2 hours post-check out, it is odd to assume the spa rules are completely different. Best to be clear. We had to change out of our bathing suits and move our taxi up, which isn’t a big deal but still a bit disappointing I’m going to be honest… you are paying for the location/spa/view vs the actual hotel rooms. For the price, we were pretty underwhelmed with the room. It felt a little dated (wasn’t expecting modern but it just felt a little worn). Certainly for the price, I was expecting a bit more space and a bit fancier of a room. But it was still decent. The balcony, on the other hand, had a spectacular view and really lovely furniture. If ordering a taxi, best to arrange yourself. We ubered from Lucerne for about 60 CHF. We had the hotel call us a taxi and we were charged 125 CHF to go back to the exact same destination. Finally, there was an uncontrollable amount of flies everywhere in the hotel. It’s hot, it’s summer, I totally get it. But it was getting to the point that it was uncomfortable. I had almost 5 flies on me at one time at one point. My friends I was with also felt it was very strange for a 5 star hotel to not be proactive in getting rid of the fl

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel in a junior suite. Pros: very clean hotel, wonderful service, convenient location Cons: hotel is located on a very busy and loud street, impossible to open a window even if you are on the top floor. The bed is very very hard and the pillows are so soft (you simply sink in it) so it was almost impossible to have a good rest at night. I did complain several times and requested another pillow, however I was told that the hotel doesn't have any other pillows. The bathroom has a separate shower, but the cabin is very very small, I would say 2 x2 feet. I am a very petite woman size 0, and was very uncomfortable not only to sleep in this hotel, but also to take a shower. Overall, even though the service in the hotel was wonderful, I would not stay there again, for the money that I have paid it was too much of a discomfort.

Large stately hotel. the hotel also has residences which means less hotel guests and traffic (in a good way). i generally look for hotels with pools and saunas attached and the pool area has was beautiful was outdoor patio with view of alps and lakes. Lockers, robes and slippers provided. i had room #205 which had peekaboo view of lake and mainly a rooftop, I suspect City View rooms would be noisy with busy road in front. book lake view if possible. the front staff was lovely and very helpful. They were very accommodating in trying to sort out my room. I could have been made to move after the 1st night but to their credit - saw it was easier to keep me in the same room. restaurant and bar with outdoor seating looking out towards lake and promenade. Heavenly!

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here. I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

This small hotel was very lovely. Everyone at the desk was very professional and welcoming. The rooms were large for Europe and seeming renovated recently. The bathroom was well done with nice bath products. The hallways are a bit dark but don’t let that worry you. The rooms are much better.

We made a mistake of booking Radisson Blu assuming lack of branded hotels in Lucerne and going with favourable reviews on Tripadvisor. We should have done our homework well. We paid ＞CHF 400 per night for a premium room, the value we received was far less. While the check in process was ok, we were not provided with any colour on the hotel facilities. The premium room we got was facing another building with some view of the mountains (no lake view). The bathroom configuration was quite weird with bathtub being partially covered resulting in spilled water on the floor while taking the bath using the shower unless you are being very careful and conscious which is seldom the case! Also the housekeeping services were sketchy with no toiletries and slippers provided in the room unless requested over phone. No refill of sugar and tea sachets. We stayed at Sheraton Zurich after leaving Lucerne and found the check in and housekeeping services far better there vs. Radisson Lucerne. While Radisson has a nice gym, the steam and sauna facilities were not functioning when I visited the gym in the morning with no one around to help which was very disappointing. This hotel is close to the train station and one of the reasons why we paid such a high price for it, however we realised after reaching Lucerne that Lucerne provides free local transport to all visitors having a valid hotel booking and it’s extremely easy to commute around the city using the tram/bus numbers 1 and 19 ( connects between main train station and old town and takes less than 10 minutes ).So we need not have bothered to stay close to the train station. Please note that old town have bulk of the good restaurants (including many Indian restaurants) and places of interest like the lion monument. Radisson charges CHF 45 per person for breakfast which we frankly found to be exorbitant . Ritz Carlton at Singapore which is a 5 star hotel charges 45 SGD (~CHF 30) for breakfast. Overall, a disappointing stay. Radisson Blu tagline is ‘Feel the difference’, we agree with that as our wallet felt a lot lighter after our stay there with not much corresponding value received. Look for deals in the old town area, we checked couple of decent hotels there offering rooms at much lower prices that what we paid at the Radisson. We plan to stay at one of them during our next trip.

This hotel is a quick walk from the sights of Luzern. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff were friendlish. The rooms size was adequate. The AC in the room didn't work (a panel was hanging down the first day we arrived indicating someone had been working on it). The hotel didn't have fans using the typical ”oh, we just gave out the last one”. So it was pretty hot in the room. Not sure this is the hotel's fault, but it sounded like there were people stomping on the floor over us all night.
