Ulasan Lyttos Beach

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

房間設施比較老舊了。有螞蟻出入，有不知出處的滴水發生。風景還算不錯。陽台外就是泳池和海景。餐飲還挺豐富。

克里特島推薦的酒店。一價全包，不用擔心吃什麼。酒店裡麪娛樂設施也很齊全，玩了幾天，孩子們都捨不得離開了，曬得烏漆麻黑。推薦親子游。

應該是島東部最棒的酒店了，有十幾片網球場，喜歡網球的朋友極力推薦這裏

This is an impressive hotel which I would highly recommend. Rooms - we had a deluxe superior sea/pool view room which was perfectly appointed. Comfortable bed, mirror with sockets adjacent (which seems to be unusual now), plenty of storage space. Shower wasn’t very powerful but adequate. Staff - the staff here are fantastic - polite, helpful and friendly. Particular mention to Evalina and Asmad in the Asian restaurant and to Mike at the Rainbow bar. Restaurants- there are 4 restaurants to choose from, 2 of which have to be booked in advance but that’s no problem. Breakfast is great, loads of choice. Slight negative, the food in the buffet restaurant could be hotter. Pool area - the pools are beautiful (with illuminated fountains in the evening) and the pool area is kept spotlessly clean. The sunbeds are the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced and there are plenty of them. It was never a problem to get one. The pool area goes right down to the beach where there are more sunbeds. Location - there’s a walk along the promenade towards Analipsi, although this stunning hotel feels almost a bit out of place in what is a slightly down-at-heel surrounding area. Easy to get a bus to Heraklion. Overall a lovely stay in a great hotel.

Always an amazing time here. It’s our 7th time now and we always like to come back. The rooms are really clean and comfortable, the people are always friendly and welcoming. We always look forward to seeing Nikoleta, Giorgos and all the other ones.

Very good food and so much activities. Close to activities and shopping places. Good amount of room in swimming pools and restaurants. The staff is amazing very kind and polite. We stayed only one week and had the best week of your lifes. Thank you Lyttos Beach Hotel

This hotel has everything…. You can relax by the pools or on the beach with refreshments never to far away. If you want to make use of the amazing tennis and football facilities this place is a must. We used all the facilities and loved it. Food was fabulous…. Staff amazing and very attentive. The events team were so engaging with everyone… Big shout out to Luis from the Welsh Ryan Reynolds

The hotel itself is about 20 minutes from the airport which was perfect for us, the food is excellent everyone is well catered for. There’s different restaurants on the complex, there’s 1 you have to book which I would recommend if you like Chinese food. The hotel is absolutely huge, it must take an army to run this hotel. My hat goes off to all the cleaners and cooks because they’re just amazing! The entertainment was ok we thought, not as good as some other Greek hotels we have been to but also probably not the worst. The pools are fantastic, the water park although it’s chaos it’s perfect for my 12yr old and it would be brilliant for most children of all ages. It annoyed us that we could only find about two English channels it’s all German! And the main pool is horrendous to try and get a spot because predominantly Germans just rush out at the crack of dawn to get all the sun beds around the main pool which is frustrating that the hotel allows this to happen we only got to sit around there once because I couldn’t be bothered getting up that early to go put a towel on a bed. Some guests even started throwing towels off sun beds because there was nobody there. All in all we probably would come back but I don’t think I’d rush back.

We stayed at Lyttos Beach at the beginning of June and had a lovely time. We were travelling as a family of four (two boys, 6 and 8 years old). The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. We booked a swim-up room, officially called the "Two Bedroom Family Room with Private Pool and Garden or Land View." The room itself was not very big, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it had two bathrooms! The two rooms were divided by a door, which was great as the kids liked to sleep in while we could get up and sit outside. The room amenities included a coffee machine and kettle, though we did have to ask the maids to refill the coffee pods, tea, sugar, etc. daily, as this wasn't done automatically. The fridge in the room only had two bottles of water, which were refreshed daily, but there was no other mini bar. The swim-up pool, although not big, was sufficient for the kids to jump in and play. (However, our room faced other rooms opposite us, which we felt was a downside. There were other rooms that faced gardens that were much nicer, providing more privacy in the "private" outside area. There are also rooms with much bigger swim-up pools facing the sea, which we recommend booking for a better experience. While we enjoyed our little pool, the view really put a damper on things. Swim up rooms are a must-have for us when we book a holiday and this was disappointing. The hotel is very large and seemed quite busy, even though we visited outside of school holidays and had hoped for a quieter atmosphere. There were many families with small children. Meal times in the main restaurant could get very busy and overwhelming, so we preferred to dine in the smaller restaurants. Our kids loved the kids club, and we have to give a big shout out to Ginger, who looked after our boys so well. While we had a great time, there are a few things that would make us hesitant to return. Although the hotel has a 5-star rating, it didn't quite meet the expectations we have for a 5-star experience. For example, on arrival, our bags were not taken from us, and we had to roll them to our room ourselves, which was quite a walk from reception. There was no mini bar other than the fridge with two bottles of water. We expected a filled mini bar, replenished at least once a week. (we stayed in hotels were this was replenished daily or every other day). There was no drinks service at the restaurants or by the pool; all drinks were self-service. Warm snacks were only available at the waterpark, which was quite a walk from the main pool or beach. It would have been nice to have warm waffles, crepes, and ice cream available elsewhere. When we asked for an iron and board, we only received an iron and were told the hotel did not have any ironing boards, making it difficult to iron without one! These are all small niggles, but when you spend this amount of money and expect 5-star service, these details make a difference in deciding whether to return or recommend the hotel. O

The hotel is in a fabulous place by the sea. There are many interesting activities supervised by animators. They are very happy to come to the guests and help in every way possible. The animator Validoh was special because he accompanied us in and out of the hotel. With his advice, I was able to host a romantic sunset dinner on the beach for my love. I still recommend a holiday in Lyttos and will definitely come back!
