The staff, particularly at the reception, were not only fluent in English but also extremely helpful, providing detailed travel advice for exploring Heshan. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes that catered to the diverse tastes of international guests. The rooms were another highlight of my stay. They were spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with essential toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes, showing attention to detail. The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The vicinity also boasts numerous local restaurants, allowing me to indulge in authentic local cuisine while experiencing the culture of Heshan. Overall, my stay at Quan Zhi Hotel was both comfortable and culturally enriching. It's an ideal spot for both business travelers and tourists looking for a blend of comfort and local charm. My only suggestion would be the addition of more complimentary recreational facilities like a gym or a small library, which could enhance the appeal for guests staying longer. Hotel breakfast is great! Service is excellent. The counter staff at check-in were particularly helpful. We had a nice view from the room, and the place was quiet and tranquil.

交通方便，一下高速就到，環境不錯，特別是泳池泳池的清澈度令人驚歎，陽光透過水麪，讓人心曠神怡，早餐廳落地玻璃窗設計，將陽光和窗外的風景盡收眼底，讓用餐成為一種美的享受！愜意舒適的酒店！

幫朋友預訂的，本來前天入住，臨時改期了推遲一天入住，跟前台説了下，前台服務很好，幫忙取消了。酒店環境很好，服務熱情，客房衞生乾淨，住的很舒服。

入住這家民宿，真的讓我收穫了滿滿的驚喜與感動！從踏入民宿的那一刻起，就被它的裝修風格深深吸引。整個空間充滿了温馨與精緻，每一處細節都透露出主人的用心。木質的傢俱搭配柔和的燈光，營造出一種家的氛圍，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。房間的佈置也非常貼心，床品舒適柔軟，睡起來特別香。而且房間內還配備了齊全的設施，空調、電視、吹風機一應俱全，完全不用擔心生活上的不便。最讓我印象深刻的是民宿的地理位置，周邊環境優美，交通便利，無論是出去遊玩還是尋找美食都非常方便。民宿的主人更是熱情周到，提前為我們準備好了入住資料，還詳細介紹了周邊的景點和美食。在我們入住期間，有任何問題，主人總是第一時間幫忙解決，讓人感覺特別安心。在這裏，我們不僅享受到了舒適的住宿體驗，還感受到了家的温暖。這次旅行因為有了這家民宿而變得更加完美。強烈推薦給大家張店長人超好的，下次有機會我一定還會再來！

Pleasant and fuss free, all the service staff are very very well well trained and service orientated . Always smiling and greeting customers. I have been staying this hotel for a couple of times. It’s always been a great experience. Hotel location is opposite a mall, makes it really convenient to get groceries and shopping and food. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏

酒店环境非常不错,有种休闲又舒适的感觉,房间也大亦十分干淨,自助早歺及自助晚歺也很丰富,还有龙蝦及鱼翅花胶湯,其他品种也丰富,适逢太太生日,酒店要送蛋糕给我们,因自己也帶了,所以酒店改送果盘给我们,非常感谢酒店待客细心,前台的张先生及任小姐很親切,也给我们升级了房间, 晚上还可以看灯光夜景及音乐喷泉秀,一次非常满意的入住体验,下次来鹤山一定会再入住,我们也买了兩套东古调味料礼盒送给朋友
