Ulasan Mels Weldon Evergreen Lake Hotel

Excellent hotel. A little dated and underutilized due to the overly high capacity of the hotel, but the amenties available were excellent. Location is superb. Lovely view of everything. Restaraunts serve pretty high quality food, particularly the Jade garden* (can't remember if that was the name) restaraunt. Some of the best bbq prok (chaoshao) I've ever had. The hakka food and the breakfast there are also pretty good. Highly recommend for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay on Wanlv lake.

Buffet is crowded. No bike or motobike renting possibilities. Concierge at the entrance is very good and help us to find paddle and swimming place in river.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The hotel is not the newest but our room was big and clean. Buffets are OK, the swimming pools are great, and the staff is nice. Pity that there was no furniture on the balcony.

設施衞生：:酒店裝修風格我們都很喜歡，我對酒店衞生要求高，這裏房間衞生做的挺好的 自助晚餐很nice，菜式豐富，味道鮮美 環境:環境很好，空氣清新，四周安靜，很舒服 服務:服務特別好，包括前台小姐姐還有客房服務員，都是貼心熱情服務我們。

整體都非常好，特別適合帶小孩子去玩。 泳池水上樂園玩的非常開心，小朋友玩的捨不得走，值得多玩幾次。 晚上還去吃了海鮮自助餐，品種眼花繚亂，海鮮都很新鮮，熱菜牛排水果點心應有盡有。 酒店的工作人員都很熱情，都很主動迴應。

圖1：房間內外的地毯，很噁心，衞生可想而知！ 圖2：景觀非常好這是唯一的可取之處，其它沒了！ 服務極差，我買了2大1小套票，我一家二大二小，大的小孩1.2米，小的是抱着，吃早餐和晚餐小孩居然想要額外收費？另外吐槽下吃的，五星級酒店來説吃的太差了，尤其是早上那壺熱牛奶居然是加水的！

房間還不錯，衞生間乾淨衞生。陽台對着園林景色很好，外面鳥語花香。酒店內室外泳池有小童泳池，很適合孩子們玩耍。房間訂含西餐晚餐的，三文魚蝦蟹螺皮皮蝦青口墨魚仔，，冷菜熱菜都有，甜點也很好吃，整體感覺還行，安靜、環境好、空氣清新。

帶孩子去的，臨時決定，就沖了。雙人自助晚餐：自助餐品種挺多的，三文魚生蠔都有，食材也是很豐富。旁邊還有個波波池，小孩子還可以去玩，可開心了 衞生：房間也非常舒服，乾淨衞生。 設施：室外泳池超大，水也很乾凈，大人小孩的泳池都有，玩得超級爽！ 前台非常熱情，服務到位，還幫忙把退房時間延遲到14.00

酒店前台和樓層服務員態度是良好的，但酒店畢竟從2010年開業至今，設施都老舊了。房間的衞生做不到位，咖啡杯邊緣是滑的、拿開倒扣的咖啡杯可以看到託盤上的茶漬，洗澡間和衞生間地上都有不少長頭髮（本人是超短髮）。訂的是湖景大床房，側看一角的湖，因傍晚找吃的去了，沒看到夕陽，相信會很美。【環境是好的，希望酒店能把設施維護更新起來】

週末出行 ，很滿意的親子游， 帶孩子去了室外超大的游泳池，還有小童泳池，游完泳吃了酒店的自助餐，還不錯，品種多樣豐富，吃飽小朋友又去了餐廳的小童樂園，最開心的就是小朋友啦了，哈哈哈值得來。

訂了兩間湖景房，去到前台免費升級為兩間湖景套房，房間很大景色也很漂亮，行李小哥主動幫拿行李到房間，早餐要求不高的話還行，每人吃了一碗豬手粉。可惜房間飲用水太少，那麼熱的天衹配了兩瓶，冰箱也是壞的。 環境：在萬綠湖邊 晚安牛奶 曲奇餅乾:有配

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨，洗手間乾濕分離，推開房門第一眼看到屏風，漸次衣帽間，陽枱面向萬綠湖，坐在房間裏品着茶都能觀賞湖光山色，很温馨的感覺；這個都是前台經理給我們升級了房間，感謝前台經理。小孫女在樓下的游泳池玩的很開心。

房間很漂亮，孩子很喜歡，玩的有湯泉有水上樂園也有健身房很不錯，工作人員服務態度優秀。吃的話是訂的海鮮晚餐套票，菜品種類多，總體滿意。
