Hotel berhampiran 嵓上神社, Hidaka District

12/31〜1/2 2泊で家族6人で年末年始を過ごしました。 食事:夕食　(和食会席) 朝食　ビュッフェ 夕食の和食会席 和歌山の新鮮な海鮮料理もたくさんあり とても素晴らしいお食事がいただけました。 料理長さんもご挨拶に来てくださり 連泊でしたので、次の日のお食事の内容等 丁寧に説明していただきました。 こちらの、お料理をいただきにまた再訪したいくらいです。 料理長さま、この度はありがとうございました。 朝食はビュッフェ コロナ禍なのか、楽しみにしていた”手作りの梅干おにぎり”がなく少し残念！ ビュッフェの内容は2日ともほぼ同じでした。 よくある普通のビュッフェですかね 部屋:オーシャンビュー　1室 駐車場＆パーシャルオーシャンビュー2室 3部屋ともツイン 画像もアップしましたが、お部屋からの初日の出は素晴らしかったです。 部屋は広さは充分ありまた。 かなり年数が経過しててやはり古さは否めませんが、清掃もしっかりされてました。 洗面所、トイレ、部屋浴槽がリノベーションされてないのかユニットで使い難いのが難点です。 温泉:露天風呂のみ温泉でした。 備長炭のお風呂も入りましたが、塩素の臭いがキツくて、ほぼ露天風呂の温泉を利用しました。 ホテルスタッフの方々も、笑顔でフレンドリーに対応で年末年始を家族で気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 ただ、チェックイン時に2日目の夕食会場と夕食、朝食チケットを貰えず。 説明も無かったので2日目の夕食時に少し困りました。 フロントの方にもう少し笑顔があれば良いと思いました。

This is my second time to come back to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Due to we booked in the last minute, we can’t reserve the meal to eat in hotel. Room is facing the Shirarahama beach with sea view. The hot spring is nice but management should consider to do some renovation as some of the facilities already outdated & history Parking is free available. Would recommend who interest to Shirahama

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

先日、女友達と一緒にGWの期間中にグランパスSEAに宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋の、窓から広がる海の景色はまさに魅力的でした。 　 友達と一緒に、綺麗な海の美しさを感じることができるなんて、とても特別な経験でした。お部屋内も清潔感があり、快適な寝具で心地よい睡眠をとることができました。 食事も充実していて、食事会場からの海の景色も最高でした。 友達と一緒に美しい海を眺めながらの食事ができるなんて、心に残るひとときとなりました。 グランパスSeaのおかげで、白浜での滞在がより特別なものとなりました。 友達との楽しいひととき、スタッフの温かいおもてなし、くつろげるお部屋、美味しい食事。 全てが素晴らしい思い出となりました。 次回もぜひ再訪したいと考えております。GWの素敵な思い出を作ってくれたグランパスSEAに、心より感謝申し上げます。

旅行会社を通して2世帯で申し込み。なのでむさしさんか旅行会社の責任かはわからない点何点かありますが、それでもがっかりでした。 旅行会社経由で人数を追加したのですがそれがちゃんと連携されていなかった。コロナを心配し、バイキングでなく個室での夕食にしましたが一人分用意がされておらず待つ羽目に。 また、子供のご飯を洋風でなく和風にとの連絡もいっておらず、洋風が出てくる始末。 朝食も個別でバイキングを選ばなかったんですが、バイキング会場の端に席を用意され、ドリンクは自由にバイキング会場から取っていいと。子供の朝食の三色おにぎりは硬く干からびており食べられるものではありませんでした。その旨伝えるとバイキングのパンか白ご飯食べていいけど、、と。バイキングの所に行くと私たちの朝食御前の大部分がありました。なんとバイキングのものを詰めただけ…？！ なんとも手抜き。。がっかり。。子供たちみんなバイキングのもの食べたいー！と駄々をこねて大変でした。 旅行会社を経由しての予約だったからか別館になったのも重い荷物を持って階段が大変でした。 可愛い浴衣も本館14階？以上の宿泊客でないといけないとかでがっかり。今は結構可愛い浴衣サービスどこでもしてるのにホテル内で格差をつけすぎ。 水着の脱水機は昭和のものをまだ使っているのかという古いもので蓋は壊れて、役目も果たしませんでした。 老舗という名にあぐらをかいてるだけ。立地はイマイチでも白良浜までシャトルバスを出してくれるし新しいホテルの方がいいかも。

酒店坐落於國人很喜歡的seamore對面，離崎之湯好近，seamore面海的房間都能看到崎之湯的海邊湯池，所以泡海邊池的時候小心走光。可想而知本酒店離崎之湯是好近的，巴士站也在隔壁，但不好的是此酒店坐落於小山坡上，出入要爬坡落坡，拿住大行李就辛苦咯，又無免費的車站接送車，而且無中文服務，而且前台的英文也不好，要藉助翻譯軟件，所以我無碰見國人入住，好少。不像對面的seamore這麼多國人追捧。就因為在山坡上，風景視野絕對好，全部海景房，公共區域可能裝修過，浴池，酒吧都挺新，但房間就舊了些，房間有雙床和榻榻米，陽台正對海面，下面就是崎之湯的指示牌。圖一就是酒店和崎之湯的位置關係，白色樓就是酒店本體，在山坡上。圖二是陽台景色，全部房間都可以看到此景色。行去海灘也不遠，我清晨早起溜達過去大概15分鐘，吹着海風不熱很舒服，建議清晨穿着沙灘鞋，走去海邊踏踏浪，看看海鷗，回來7點崎之湯就開門了。

訂酒店的時候看到酒店分數很高就定了，刷了幾天發下發現評分猛的下降了，仔細查看了幾個差評，有點擔心的和老公説，期待別太高。 實際入住情況：JR到白濱哦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啊啦，啦啦啦，對呀對呀對呀，你有沒有發現我們很**，我們下車，換乘1號明光巴士（可以買一日兩日三日暢乘券，一日1100yen，兩日1800yen，三日忘記多少olvg錢了）坐到 新湯崎S19號站（JR站是S-0），如果沒有暢乘券，車費是成人410yen單程，下車後有路標，可以走斜坡也可以走樓梯，樓梯近一點，如果行李重，需要有力氣到男士幫忙。 前台服務員有中國人也有日本人，有位中國大姐很熱情，check in的時候會主動問我們需要預訂私湯的時間和早餐時間。 評論中説沒有吹風機，親自經歷下來房間裏面的確沒有，但是可以問前台要。 可能我們住的不是忘記（颱風剛走），服務還是很好的，前台那裡有位大叔每次都很熱情給我們打招呼，還介紹我們去海邊怎麼走。房間也很大，能直接看到大海。 設施的確偏舊，榻榻米上的席子有污漬，但是擦不掉，洗手間和浴室也是舊舊的，但是被褥很舒服很鬆軟。 總體還是可以的。

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We booked a room with a private onsen that overlooks the ocean. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and/or rainy most of the trip, but the view was still spectacular, and the onsen was incredible. The hotel itself has an older exterior, but the inside is immaculate. There is a bar with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. The Italian restaurant also has floor to ceiling windows that look over the pool. Our suite was the best (and biggest) hotel room that we stayed in while visiting Japan (including a massive shower, a double sink vanity, and a seat for the vanity). However, we did book a suite with a king bed, but were told that all of the rooms have 2 twin beds that can be pushed together. It was not ideal, but that was the only issue that we had. Infinito also had the most in-room amenities out of all of the hotels we stayed at in Japan. Infinito provided the usual amenities (hair dryer, water bottles, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath slippers, etc.) AND several additional amenities (cookies to eat with tea, hair straightener, a second set of Bulgari amenities, a skin treatment set, hotel wear, indoor and outdoor slippers, etc.). The staff was absolutely fantastic. My husband had arranged for flowers in the room for our arrival, and the hotel was very responsive and able to accommodate his request. In addition, we had the pleasure of meeting Chiho, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Chiho (and the rest of the hotel management and staff) helped us find restaurants and make reservations, and even arranged for shuttle service to the restaurants. The hotel also provided a shuttle from Shirahama station and a shuttle to Nanki-Shirahama Airport. One thing to note is that the hotel is still strict with Covid policies (moreso than the other places we stayed in Japan), so be prepared to fill out a questionnaire and wear gloves when dining at the buffets. Infinito is a little out-of-the-way, but is definitely worth the trek.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.
