5 minutes walking distance from Heathrow Airport terminal 4. Room is spacious fit for 2 people and amenities are fully available. Breakfast is simple western style yet it’s enough for me & I enjoyed it.

This hotel is next to heathrow Terminal 4, just few minutes walk, but you need spend more time if planned to go to Greater London via public transport. The room is spacious and clean, but toiletries in bathroom can’t use easily due to the dispenser pump head design is small. The overall stay experience is very good, breakfast supply is abundant. All staff are friendly and kind especially Reception - Francis and Restaurant - Joy. Thank you.

When I got to the reception everything was quick and fast. Staff are very polite. Went to the room was a bit smaller than I expected but unfortunately no water bottles provided which was very unusual. The toilet was fairly clean was a small piece of garbage on the sink but no issue.
The restaurants was top service they managed to let me in after 10:00 and I really appreciate it as I was very hungry. Lovely staff and food was 10/10 big portions.

It was a tiring night after the fire alarm sounded, and I couldn't hear anything about the situation. But everyone was safe, so it's okay.

The location us super convenient if you are near T4, so don't have to walk a long way in the middle of the night to find somewhere to sleep. It takes around 5min walk on the link bridge to access the hotel lobby. Room prices also included breakfast for 2 person in each room.
Smooth check in just like the other IHG hotels (14:00 - 06:00). Check out time is 11:00am. Rooms are clean and comfy for travellers. The room comes with two set of pillows (soft and firm) which is very nice of them thinking like this. Hairdryer and iron is also available.
Everything else was up to expectations for an airport hotel, I would only say the walk from the lift to your room is quite far and the carpet is not the easiest to pulled a 20kg suitcase.

The service was good and quick. The hotel room was of high-quality and worth what I spent. The only letdown was the breakfast, it was not as good as other Holiday Inn Express breakfasts that I have experienced, and not as good as some other nearby airport hotels. However, I would stay again.
