Hilton brand used to be my hotel of choice. After some very disappointing stays toward the end of Covid I decided I was switching to anything but Hilton. I should have stuck with my commitment. As the previous poster said our room ($350) was very small. The corridors were old and dingy. When I walked into the room I went to look out the window and there was a view of a rooftop, a large dumpster of trash and a delapidated building with graffiti. In fact there are several abandoned buildings surrounding the property so the area isn’t great. They still don’t have daily housekeeping. I have been in Hawaii for 10-days now and my other hotels all had daily cleaning and it was excellent. There is no excuse for Hilton to not being this service back. That is a key reason people like to stay at hotels vs VRBOs. Hilton is putting the savings in their own pocket as their rates haven’t been adjust to reflect the significant reduction in service. Luckily we are only staying one night. The checkin was nice and the agent was friendly. The grounds (toward the water) were nice. I also agree with the other poster as I question why a resort fee at this property. If you get an ocean view room and don’t mind the lack of maid service then you should be ok. Definitely don’t stay in the odd numbered rooms in the ancillary building or you will view the ghetto.

The hotel was very nice and clean!! I enjoyed my stay there... The customer service was good too... I would recommend this hotel to family and friends...

힐로공항 바로옆에 있어서 좋았지만 호텔안이 엘레베이터가 없어서 캐리어 이동할때 조금 힘들수있습니다. 풍경은 좋지만 룸컨디션은 엄청 좋은편은 아닙니다.

Menginap di Reeds pada bulan Jun 2021 selama 8 hari dan kembali pada bulan Julai 2021 selama 3 hari. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan biliknya sangat selesa dan bersih. Walaupun tidak ada AC, ada kipas siling dan kipas dua tingkat. Tidak ada lif tetapi kami selalu meminta tingkat pertama dan ditampung dengan baik. Ini akan menjadi hotel masuk kami dan rakan-rakan kami merujuk hotel ini untuk menikmatinya juga. Jalan-jalan pagi itu indah.
