Extremely poor management and maintenance, water flowing from bathroom, no running hot water, totally terrible experience

experience was very comfortable and staff were super caring. Was especially happy with the attentiveness of Sandhya from the front desk. As well as another lady from the front desk, whose name I missed noting, who took special care when due to an unintended mistake my mother’s IRD order was not fulfilled while I was away. Overall I liked the mix of cozy, warm and good vibes that Ibis, Hinjewadi had to offer. One feedback to better on - the food which is prepared aside from the buffet experiences can be better crafted in terms of taste and finesse

I had a comfortable stay at ibis Hinjewadi. The room ambience was good and the overall experience was pleasant. A special mention to the receptionist, Sandhya, whose warm and humble approach really stood out. She was extremely supportive, polite, and ensured that my check-in and overall stay were smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism and friendly nature truly enhanced my experience. The washroom felt a little congested, but apart from that everything was perfect. The breakfast was good and the staff overall were friendly. A great stay and excellent value for a business trip.
