Location is very good and easy to find. Room was quite small (but that's the standard in Japan) and noisy, as we were in the main lobby floor. Overall decent experience

The hotel is so close with the tram (so called streetcar in Hiroshima). So if u’re tired of walking u can take the tram anywhere. But for the cleanliness, it’s clean but i found out hair in the bathtub, that’s fine. Just hope they can be more precise on cleaning the room. Room is comfy, the staffs are so friendly. The breakfast is good. Would like to be back to this city and stay at the hotel.

The room is very, very small and the breakfast is simple. It is not suitable for those who have big and many luggages and using street car.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast. Elevator is slow and full of people. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Please add some vegetarian food in the breakfast menu.most of the items were Meat .

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Very clean and nice hotel. Has 2 bikes for free use anytime. Easy automated self check in with staff on hand to assist if necessary. Big dining area with free coffee and water anytime

The location is excellent very near to peace center. I had to change my dates for some personal reason, but the hotel management denied. Usually I found hotels allow change in reservation date. But with this hotel it is very strange. I am not satisfied with this service. Otherwise breakfast and other services are so so compared a nearby hotels.

Nice room and location. With parking fee but extra fee. Many convenient store nearby.

The price/performance ratio is good, breakfast is included in the stay, and it is directly accessible from the Central Station of the No. 7 Electric Railway. It is close to the Peace Park and the atomic bomb site. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Hondori Shopping Street. Overall, I am satisfied!

A standard Japanese budget hotel with all facilities as expected. The location is convenient for going to various attractions in the city center. This hotel is one of the ones we often stay in.
